【摘要】：從原始社會的以穴為居到氏族社會后發(fā)展的廬與寓,宮與室，殿與堂，堂與房，在居住空間設(shè)計上都有了長足的進(jìn)步。擁有適當(dāng)?shù)木幼】臻g，是人類生存發(fā)展所必要的基本條件，也是人類不可被剝奪的基本權(quán)利。 保障性住房建設(shè)是國家為改善城市低收入人群居住條件而推出的重大舉措，，隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與時代進(jìn)步，人們對居住空間品質(zhì)有了更高的要求，如何更加精細(xì)化、合理化的對保障性住房居住空間進(jìn)行設(shè)計，最大限度的滿足我國低收入人群的居住需求，是我國保障性住房建設(shè)迫切需要研究解決的問題。 本文以保障性住房居住空間設(shè)計為研究對象，借鑒國內(nèi)外保障性住房居住空間設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，重點研究香港與日本的保障性住房居住空間設(shè)計方法與特點。本文主要以空間低限尺寸下追求居住空間舒適性與適應(yīng)性最大化為設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則，從套內(nèi)空間設(shè)計、套型空間設(shè)計、套型拼接設(shè)計等方面探究保障性住房居住空間精細(xì)化、合理化的設(shè)計方法及路徑。 現(xiàn)階段我國保障性住房建設(shè)有序發(fā)展，本文的研究旨在使保障性住房居住空間設(shè)計向著精細(xì)化、合理化的方向發(fā)展，對促進(jìn)保障性住房建設(shè)健康發(fā)展具有一定的參考及現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:From the primitive society's caverns to the later development of the clan society, palaces and houses, halls and halls, halls and houses, have made great progress in the design of living space, and have proper living space. It is the basic condition necessary for human survival and development, and also the basic right that human beings cannot be deprived of. The construction of affordable housing is an important measure to improve the living conditions of low-income people in cities. With the development of economy and the progress of the times, people have higher demands on the quality of living space, and how to improve the quality of living space. The reasonable design of affordable housing living space to meet the housing needs of low-income people in China is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the construction of affordable housing in China. This paper takes the residential space design of the indemnificatory housing as the research object, and draws lessons from the experience of the residential space design of the indemnificatory housing at home and abroad. This paper focuses on the design methods and characteristics of housing space in Hong Kong and Japan. Based on the design criteria of pursuing the maximum comfort and adaptability of living space under the low space limit, this paper focuses on the interior space design and the suite space design. This paper probes into the design methods and paths of affordable housing living space in the aspects of sleeve splicing design and so on. At the present stage, the construction of supportable housing is developing orderly in our country. The purpose of this paper is to make the design of residential space of supportable housing develop in the direction of refinement and rationalization. To promote the healthy development of affordable housing construction has a certain reference and practical significance.
