【摘要】：本文系統(tǒng)地闡述了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的理論知識(shí)，包括施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的概念、編制依據(jù)、編制原則以及編制內(nèi)容，同時(shí)也探討了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)在工程項(xiàng)目施工管理中的意義，總結(jié)了目前編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)容易出現(xiàn)的一些問題。對(duì)如何編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)以及如何采取措施，在工程施工過程中有效實(shí)施施工組織設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究。 本文還運(yùn)用上述理論知識(shí)，結(jié)合東湖御苑項(xiàng)目的工程實(shí)際，對(duì)東湖御苑項(xiàng)目施工組織進(jìn)行探討，系統(tǒng)地設(shè)計(jì)了該工程施工組織的全過程，從施工準(zhǔn)備、施工流程、施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、施工平面布置等方面進(jìn)行了論述，并著重探討了本次施工過程中采用的幾項(xiàng)新技術(shù)、新材料應(yīng)用，主要包括粗直鋼筋剝肋滾壓直螺紋連接技術(shù)、組拼式多層板應(yīng)用、泵送混凝土等，從成本控制、施工安全和質(zhì)量的角度對(duì)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用效果作出了分析。論文最后對(duì)該工程所取得的直接效果和間接效果作了分析，，從質(zhì)量、工期、造價(jià)、安全管理四方面進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比。該論文為日后類似工程編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，如何進(jìn)行成本控制、控制體系的構(gòu)建、控制手段都提出了可操作性的意見以及有益的實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically expounds the theoretical knowledge of construction organization design, including the concept, basis, principle and content of construction organization design. At the same time, it also discusses the significance of construction organization design in construction management of engineering project. This paper summarizes some problems that are easy to appear in compiling construction organization design at present, and makes an application study on how to draw up construction organization design and how to take measures to effectively implement construction organization design in the course of engineering construction. Based on the above theoretical knowledge and the engineering practice of Donghu Yuyuan Project, this paper discusses the construction organization of Donghu Yuyuan Project, and systematically designs the whole process of the project construction organization, including construction preparation and construction process. This paper discusses the construction schedule and the layout of the construction plan, and emphatically discusses several new technologies and the application of new materials used in the construction process, mainly including the technology of straight steel bar ribbed rolling straight thread connection, This paper analyzes the application effect of the new technology from the point of view of cost control, construction safety and quality. Finally, the direct and indirect effects of the project are analyzed, and the quality of the new technology is analyzed. This paper compares the data of time limit, cost and safety management. How to control the cost and construct the control system for similar projects in the future. The control method has put forward the operable opinion as well as the beneficial practice reference.
