小高層框架結(jié)構(gòu)材料等級(jí)合理選取的研究

【摘要】:鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)作為當(dāng)今主要的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式,合理利用了鋼筋與混凝土兩大材料的性能特點(diǎn),混凝土主要承受壓力,鋼筋主要承受拉力,通過兩者之間良好的粘結(jié)力,二者共同工作,以滿足工程結(jié)構(gòu)的使用要求。本文以鋼筋混凝土小高層框架結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)主要受力構(gòu)件梁、柱、板有關(guān)鋼筋與混凝土的等級(jí)選取的問題做了深入分析后,將研究成果用于工程實(shí)例中進(jìn)行整體分析和工程造價(jià)的比較分析,提出了一些設(shè)計(jì)建議。本文的主要工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)綜合論述了我國(guó)小高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展,高強(qiáng)材料的推廣意義并簡(jiǎn)單介紹了研究所需的軟件PKPM2010與ETABS9.4。(2)參照結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)規(guī)范有關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件諸如梁、柱的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定,結(jié)合各類構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),對(duì)構(gòu)件的不同影響因素進(jìn)行算例的對(duì)比分析,繪制相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)圖表,總結(jié)出構(gòu)件配筋計(jì)算時(shí)的材料等級(jí)選取的一般規(guī)律。(3)參照上述構(gòu)件分析的結(jié)果,進(jìn)行實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)。首先初步選擇構(gòu)件的截面尺寸與材料強(qiáng)度等級(jí),進(jìn)而用軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)整體分析,根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整,使得結(jié)構(gòu)滿足承載力與正常使用的基本要求。進(jìn)而在其他條件均不變的情況下,分別對(duì)不同的材料等級(jí)分四個(gè)方案進(jìn)行選取,通過不同方案下用鋼量的比較結(jié)果來(lái)確定最合理的材料等級(jí)方案。(4)對(duì)工程實(shí)例選取最合理的材料等級(jí)后,建立相同條件下的ETABS模型。選取PKPM與ETABS兩種軟件對(duì)相同設(shè)計(jì)條件下的模型的主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行比較,從而驗(yàn)證材料等級(jí)選取的合理性。對(duì)組成結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)件進(jìn)行合理設(shè)計(jì)是結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ),在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的初始階段如果對(duì)構(gòu)件的截面尺寸及材料的強(qiáng)度等級(jí)選擇較為合適的話,設(shè)計(jì)人員根據(jù)初始的計(jì)算結(jié)果可以較為快捷對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行合理化的調(diào)整。因此,構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)是進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵。在構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)合理的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)的控制參數(shù)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行調(diào)整,以求設(shè)計(jì)出安全經(jīng)濟(jì)的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Reinforced concrete structure as the main building structure at present, the reasonable use of the reinforced and concrete material performance characteristics, concrete is mainly under pressure, the main tension of steel bar. Through the good bond between the two, the two work together to meet the requirements of the use of engineering structures. This paper takes the reinforced concrete small high-rise frame structure as the research object, in the main force member beam, column. After in-depth analysis of the selection of steel bar and concrete grade, the research results are applied to the overall analysis and the comparative analysis of project cost in engineering examples. Some design suggestions are put forward. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) the development of small high-rise building structure in China is comprehensively discussed. The popularization significance of high-strength materials and the software PKPM2010 and ETABS9.4.2for the research are briefly introduced. The concrete structural members such as beams are introduced in reference to the relevant codes for structural design. The design rules of the column, combined with the design points of all kinds of components, the different influence factors of the components are compared and analyzed, and the corresponding data charts are drawn. The general rule of material grade selection in reinforcement calculation is summarized. (3) the actual engineering design is carried out according to the results of the above component analysis. First, the section size and material strength grade of the member are preliminarily selected. Then the software is used to analyze the whole structure and adjust the structure according to the calculation results to make the structure meet the basic requirements of carrying capacity and normal use. Different material grades are divided into four schemes, and the most reasonable material grade is determined by the comparison results of steel quantity under different schemes.) after selecting the most reasonable material grade for engineering examples. The ETABS model under the same conditions is established and the main parameters of the model under the same design conditions are compared by two kinds of software, PKPM and ETABS. In order to verify the rationality of the selection of material grade, the reasonable design of the components is the basis of the overall design of the structure. In the initial stage of structural design, if the section size of the member and the strength grade of the material are more suitable. According to the initial calculation results, the designer can rationalize the structure more quickly. Component design is the key of structural design. Based on the reasonable design of the component, the model is adjusted in combination with the control parameters of the overall design of the structure in order to design a safe and economical building structure.
