【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代化、信息化和全球化進(jìn)程日益加速的今天，中國各地都掀起了城市規(guī)劃的熱潮，有新城區(qū)的開發(fā)，也有對古城的保護(hù)和更新。蘇州作為有著2500年歷史的傳統(tǒng)名城，同時(shí)也是長三角地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的城市，在城市化的浪潮中探索著屬于自己的發(fā)展之路。 處在不同時(shí)代和不同國家的城市，首先有著相同的共性，因?yàn)樗鼈兌际浅鞘�；其次它們有著時(shí)代、地域和文化等各種因素所組成的獨(dú)特個(gè)性。在現(xiàn)今時(shí)期對城市的規(guī)劃，尤其是對古城的規(guī)劃，除了要有對未來的預(yù)見，還要有對過去的責(zé)任，除此之外，城市與人有著最直接的聯(lián)系，，影響城市發(fā)展的因素太多，城市發(fā)展的成功與否，每個(gè)生活在其中的人都能感受到，要知道這個(gè)城市的未來如何，可以走上街頭看一看這個(gè)城市的居民們，他們走在街頭的表情是否燦爛。 本課題以古城西南角的道前街周邊區(qū)域?yàn)檠芯繉ο�，以時(shí)間軸為線索，比較該區(qū)域從古到今的歷史變遷過程，在變遷的過程中尋找引發(fā)變遷的原因。通過考察該區(qū)域幾個(gè)主要功能區(qū)，包括居民點(diǎn)、街區(qū)、公園等，探討各功能區(qū)的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)，尋找引起一個(gè)地區(qū)興盛與衰落的原因。結(jié)合國內(nèi)的規(guī)劃狀況和國外的相關(guān)理論，以數(shù)據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)資料，對蘇州古城平凡一角的規(guī)劃、保護(hù)與更新提出自己的看法、建議。最后，通過道前街區(qū)的發(fā)展來探討蘇州城市發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。
[Abstract]:In the process of modernization, information and globalization, the process of accelerating today, all over China has set off a wave of urban planning, with the development of new urban areas. Suzhou, as a traditional city with a history of 2500, is also an economically developed city in the Yangtze River Delta region, exploring its own way of development in the tide of urbanization. Cities in different times and countries, first of all, have the same commonness, because they are all cities; Secondly, they have a unique personality composed of various factors, such as time, region and culture. In the present period, the planning of the city, especially the planning of the ancient city, should have a foresight of the future. There is also a responsibility for the past, in addition, the city and people have the most direct link, the factors that affect the development of the city, the success of urban development, everyone living in it can feel. To see what the future of the city is, take to the streets to see if the city's residents are looking bright. This topic takes the area around the road front street in the southwest corner of the ancient city as the research object, takes the time axis as the clue, compares the historical change process of this area from the ancient to the present. By investigating several main functional areas, including residential areas, blocks, parks and so on, this paper discusses the development status of each functional area. To find the cause of prosperity and decline in a region. Combined with the domestic planning situation and foreign related theories, with data and practical data, the planning, protection and renewal of the ancient city of Suzhou put forward their own views. Finally, the development of Suzhou city is discussed through the development of the front street.
