高延性水泥基復(fù)合材料的流變特性和纖維分散性

【摘要】:為了研究高延性水泥基復(fù)合材料(HDCC)流變特性對(duì)短切聚乙烯醇(PVA)纖維分散性的影響規(guī)律,采用流變儀和熒光顯微分析技術(shù)分別對(duì)HDCC漿體的流變特性以及短切PVA纖維在HDCC基體中的分散性進(jìn)行研究.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:HDCC漿體流變行為符合赫切爾-巴爾克模型,漿體流動(dòng)后,應(yīng)變梯度隨應(yīng)力增量按冪指數(shù)增長(zhǎng);當(dāng)HDCC漿體塑性黏度為1.3~7.3 Pa·s時(shí),即使短切PVA纖維的體積摻量為1.5%~2.0%,纖維在HDCC基體中的分散系數(shù)均大于0.92,實(shí)現(xiàn)了均勻分散.合理調(diào)整配比中粉煤灰、減水劑和功能性組分的摻量,可調(diào)控HDCC漿體塑性黏度并實(shí)現(xiàn)短切PVA纖維的均勻分散,為HDCC高延性的理論設(shè)計(jì)提供實(shí)驗(yàn)支持.
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of rheological properties of HDCCs on the dispersion of short cut polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers. The rheological properties of HDCC slurry and the dispersion of short-cut PVA fiber in HDCC matrix were studied by means of rheometer and fluorescence microanalysis. The rheological behavior of HDCC slurry is in accordance with the Hech-Bark model. The strain gradient increases exponentially with the stress increment after slurry flow. When the plastic viscosity of HDCC slurry is 1.3 ~ 7.3 Pa 路s, even if the volume fraction of short cut PVA fiber is 1.5% and 2.0%. The dispersion coefficient of fiber in HDCC matrix is higher than 0.92, and the content of fly ash, water reducer and functional component is adjusted reasonably. The plastic viscosity of HDCC slurry can be regulated and the uniform dispersion of short cut PVA fiber can be realized, which provides experimental support for the theoretical design of high ductility of HDCC.
