【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人民物質(zhì)文化生活水平的不斷提高,建筑業(yè)和建筑施工企業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展趨勢,已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。近年來,建筑市場的逐步成熟和對外開放,建筑施工企業(yè)間競爭日益加劇,建筑施工企業(yè)迎來了前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)為了在激烈的市場競爭中謀求持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,保持長期的競爭優(yōu)勢,企業(yè)紛紛在系統(tǒng)分析自身狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,深度研究產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方向,理性判斷市場環(huán)境,制定具有整體性、前瞻性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。中鐵八局集團(tuán)隸屬于世界500強(qiáng)的中國中鐵股份公司的全資子公司,成立于1952年,注冊資本金17.64億元人民幣,職工人數(shù)12000余人,擁有各類、各級施工資質(zhì)90余項(xiàng),年施工能力在300億元以上人民幣。60余年來,一直致力于鐵路工程項(xiàng)目的施工,非鐵路工程項(xiàng)目相對較少。近年來,由于鐵路市場的進(jìn)一步開放,市場競爭的加劇,鐵路市場和非鐵路市場成為企業(yè)參與競爭的兩大主體市場,為此,面對當(dāng)前的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),建筑施工企業(yè)制定什么樣的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略?定位在什么樣的高度?如何在激烈的競爭環(huán)境下保持強(qiáng)大的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,就成了一個(gè)亟待解決的重大課題。 本文共分七章對企業(yè)國內(nèi)市場戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究。第一章緒論,闡明了問題提出、研究的意義以及研究的思路、方法和論文的結(jié)構(gòu);第二章主要從公司的基本狀況、法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、資質(zhì)情況、科技開發(fā)及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面分析了企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀;第三章從宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)發(fā)展、競爭結(jié)構(gòu)以及競爭對手等方面分析了企業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境;第四章從企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營狀況、經(jīng)營能力、競爭優(yōu)勢以及存在的問題等方面分析了企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源能力;第五章SWOT分析,分別就鐵路和非鐵路兩大市場進(jìn)行分析;第六章發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,闡明了企業(yè)愿景、使命、發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展目標(biāo);第七章從總體要求、主要措施、績效評價(jià)及控制與改進(jìn)等四個(gè)方面按闡述了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施與管理;最后是結(jié)論,提出了企業(yè)未來五年的發(fā)展方向和發(fā)展目標(biāo),為企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展提供了理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy and the continuous improvement of people's material and cultural living standards, the construction industry and construction enterprises have shown a rapid development trend, which has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy in recent years. With the gradual maturity of the construction market and the opening to the outside world, the competition between construction enterprises is increasingly intensified. Construction enterprises welcome unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In order to seek sustained, healthy and stable development in the fierce market competition, enterprises maintain long-term competitive advantage. On the basis of systematic analysis of their own conditions, enterprises have studied the direction of industrial development in depth, rationally judged the market environment, and formulated with integrity. China Railway Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Railway Co., Ltd., established in 1952, with a registered capital of one billion seven hundred and sixty-four million yuan. The number of staff and workers is more than 12000, with more than 90 construction qualifications at all levels, the annual construction capacity is more than 30 billion yuan RMB .60 years, has been committed to the construction of railway projects. In recent years, due to the further opening of the railway market and the intensification of market competition, the railway market and non-railway market have become the two main markets for enterprises to participate in the competition. In the face of the current opportunities and challenges, what kind of development strategy does the construction enterprise formulate? At what altitude? How to maintain a strong development situation in the fierce competitive environment has become a major issue to be solved. This paper is divided into seven chapters to study the domestic market strategy of enterprises. The first chapter is an introduction to clarify the question raised, the significance of the study and the research ideas, methods and the structure of the paper; The second chapter mainly from the company's basic situation, corporate governance structure, equity structure, qualification, scientific and technological development and industrial structure and other aspects of the analysis of the current situation of enterprises; The third chapter analyzes the external environment of the enterprise from the macro environment, industry development, competition structure and competitors. Chapter 4th analyzes the internal resource capability of the enterprise from the aspects of the production and management, the management ability, the competitive advantage and the existing problems. Chapter 5th SWOT analysis, respectively on the railway and non-railway market analysis; Chapter 6th: development strategy, expounding enterprise vision, mission, development model and development goal; Chapter 7th expounds the strategic implementation and management from four aspects: general requirements, main measures, performance evaluation and control and improvement. Finally, the paper puts forward the development direction and goal of the enterprise in the next five years, which provides theoretical guidance for the survival and development of the enterprise.
