【摘要】：安全生產(chǎn)是事關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會穩(wěn)定和家庭幸福的大事。雖然我國建筑業(yè)的職業(yè)健康、安全工作取得了一定的成績,但是建筑施工安全形式依然嚴(yán)峻,建筑安全管理依然是國家、建筑安全主管部門和企業(yè)亟待解決的關(guān)鍵問題。 綜合分析安全管理研究的國內(nèi)外情況,指出安全管理、項目安全管理研究的重要性。在分析建筑施工項目特點的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)建筑施工主要安全事故類型和特點,介紹并分析因果連鎖理論、能量意外釋放理論等事故致因理論及其在解決建筑安全問題上的不足。從系統(tǒng)論的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合脆弱性理論,提出基于脆弱性理論的建筑施工項目安全事故發(fā)生機理,闡釋了高處墜落、坍塌、物體打擊、觸電、機械傷害等五種事故的發(fā)生機理。通過基于脆弱性理論的安全事故發(fā)生機理研究,提出施工安全事故發(fā)生的根本原因在于安全管理系統(tǒng)的脆弱性。從系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成角度,即管理者、管理制度體系、管理工具三個角度,建立基于HHM模型的項目安全管理系統(tǒng)脆弱性分析方法,并以某項目為例分析其安全管理系統(tǒng)脆弱性。依據(jù)評價原則,首次建立包括12個指標(biāo)的施工項目安全管理系統(tǒng)脆弱性評價指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建了基于Vague集的脆弱性評價模型,選擇ZJ公司的三個項目為研究對象進(jìn)行實證研究。結(jié)合脆弱性分析的結(jié)果,從項目安全管理系統(tǒng)的組成角度,提出了建立安全管理信息系統(tǒng)等多項項目安全控制的措施,以減小系統(tǒng)脆弱性,提高項目安全水平,保證施工企業(yè)人員和財產(chǎn)安全。
[Abstract]:Safe production is related to economic development, social stability and family well-being of the event. Although China's construction industry occupation health and safety work has made some achievements, but the construction safety situation is still severe, the construction safety management is still the country, key problems of construction safety departments and enterprises.
Study on the comprehensive analysis of safety management at home and abroad, pointed out the importance of safety management, safety management of the project. Based on analyzing the characteristics of the construction project, summed up the main building construction safety accident type and the characteristic, introduce and analyze the causal chain theory, such as the accidental release of energy caused by accident and lack of theory in solving the construction safety problems on. From the perspective of system theory, combined with the vulnerability theory, put forward the mechanism of building construction project safety accidents based on the theory of vulnerability, explains the falling, collapse, against objects, shock, mechanical damage mechanism of five kinds of accidents. Through the research on the occurrence mechanism of safety accident vulnerability based on the theory, put forward the fundamental reason lies in the construction safety accidents and safety vulnerability management system. From the system perspective, the management system, management system, management Out of three angles, the establishment of safety management system HHM model project vulnerability analysis method based on taking a project as an example to analyze the security vulnerability management system. According to the principles, for the first time to establish a safety management system for construction projects including 12 indicators of vulnerability evaluation index system, build a vulnerability assessment model in Vague based on the three project of ZJ company as the research object for empirical research. According to the result of vulnerability analysis, from the angle of the project consists of the safety management system, proposed the establishment of safety management information system to control the number of total project measures to reduce the vulnerability of system, improve the level of project safety, ensure the construction of enterprise personnel and the property safety.
