【摘要】：城市排水管網(wǎng)擔(dān)負(fù)著城市產(chǎn)業(yè)廢水、生活污水和雨水的接納、輸送、處理和排放,是城市賴以生存和發(fā)展的重要市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。近年來,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,城市排水管網(wǎng)的規(guī)模與日劇增,排水管理部門在城市建設(shè)過程中積累的大批排水管網(wǎng)的設(shè)計、施工、竣工數(shù)據(jù)迫切需要進(jìn)行科學(xué)的管理和分析。 為提高城市排水管網(wǎng)的管理效率和管理水平,我國許多城市已建立排水管網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS),對具有典型空間分布特性的排水管網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行可視化的管理與分析,而排水管網(wǎng)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫的構(gòu)建,以及排水管網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的即時更新和維護(hù),是排水管網(wǎng)GIS應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵。目前,排水管網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)主要來源于市政排水管網(wǎng)的設(shè)計、建設(shè)和管理部門,具有多源、多格式、多尺度的特點(diǎn),數(shù)據(jù)分散,缺乏統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),嚴(yán)重制約了排水管網(wǎng)GIS的運(yùn)用效果,以及排水管網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)共享與交換。 本文針對城市排水管網(wǎng)GIS應(yīng)用中存在的問題,研究和設(shè)計基于GIS的城市排水管網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為城市排水管網(wǎng)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計與數(shù)據(jù)更新維護(hù)提供參考和借鑒。本文的研究工作主要包括： (1)對城市排水管網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)來源和數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析和研究。 (2)針對城市排水管網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn),采用圖層的方法對排水管網(wǎng)空間數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行組織和管理,詳細(xì)闡述排水管網(wǎng)各圖層的定義和劃分,包括排水管線、排水檢查井、污水處理廠、雨落口、出水口、異形等13個圖層,以及圖層的命名規(guī)則。 (3)根據(jù)城市排水管理的應(yīng)用需求,定義排水管網(wǎng)各圖層要素的字段,設(shè)計其屬性表,并給出數(shù)據(jù)字典。 (4)制定排水管網(wǎng)地理要素編碼規(guī)則,以及排水管網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)有效性規(guī)則。 (5)采用本文制定的排水管網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),基于ArcGIS平臺,對昆明市主城區(qū)2740公里市政排水管網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理。 本文研究成果已應(yīng)用于昆明市排水管網(wǎng)可視化信息平臺建設(shè)中。
[Abstract]:Urban drainage network is responsible for the acceptance, transportation, treatment and discharge of municipal industrial wastewater, domestic sewage and Rain Water, which is an important municipal infrastructure for the survival and development of the city in recent years. With the rapid development of social economy, the scale and daily increase of urban drainage pipe network, drainage management departments in the process of urban construction accumulated a large number of drainage network design, construction. The completion data urgently need scientific management and analysis. In order to improve the management efficiency and management level of urban drainage network, many cities in China have established the drainage network geographic information system (GIS). Visual management and analysis of drainage network data with typical spatial distribution characteristics, and the construction of drainage network spatial database, as well as the immediate updating and maintenance of drainage network data. At present, the data of drainage network mainly come from the design, construction and management department of municipal drainage pipe network, with the characteristics of multi-source, multi-format, multi-scale, data dispersion. The lack of uniform data standard has seriously restricted the application effect of GIS and the data sharing and exchange of drainage network. Aiming at the problems existing in the application of GIS in urban drainage network, this paper studies and designs the data standard of urban drainage network based on GIS. To provide reference for the design and maintenance of urban drainage network spatial database. The research work of this paper mainly includes: Analysis and research on the data source and characteristics of urban drainage network. According to the characteristics of urban drainage pipe network, the method of drawing layer is used to organize and manage the spatial data of drainage pipe network, and the definition and division of each layer of drainage pipe network, including drainage pipe line, are elaborated in detail. Drainage inspection well, sewage treatment plant, rain mouth, outlet, special-shaped, 13 layers, as well as the naming rules of the layer. According to the application demand of urban drainage management, this paper defines the fields of each layer element of drainage pipe network, designs its attribute table, and gives the data dictionary. (4) make the code rules of geographical elements of drainage pipe network, and the rule of data validity of drainage pipe network. Based on the ArcGIS platform, the data of 2740km municipal drainage pipe network in Kunming city are processed by adopting the data standard of drainage pipe network established in this paper. The research results of this paper have been applied to the construction of visual information platform of Kunming drainage network.
