【摘要】:熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)面臨著兩個嚴(yán)重問題:供熱面積與質(zhì)量的增加導(dǎo)致供熱不足;電廠凝汽器循環(huán)冷卻水存在大量低品質(zhì)熱量浪費(fèi)。為同時解決這兩個問題,提出了一種利用噴射式熱泵強(qiáng)化集中供熱的新型EDH-CHP系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)從循環(huán)冷卻水中回收余熱,并將余熱應(yīng)用于集中供熱;另外通過增大供熱一次網(wǎng)的供回水溫差提高原一次網(wǎng)的供熱能力。與原系統(tǒng)相比,新型系統(tǒng)在熱力首站和熱力站分別增加一臺噴射式熱泵(HP1、HP2)。分別對兩臺噴射式熱泵進(jìn)行熱力學(xué)分析及性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。分析結(jié)果表明:HP1和HP2均能有效提高系統(tǒng)性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:HP1的COP可達(dá)1.4~1.9,HP2可降低一次網(wǎng)回水至35℃。經(jīng)典案例分析表明:新型系統(tǒng)可增加50%供熱能力或減少6%能源消耗。
[Abstract]:The cogeneration of heat and power is faced with two serious problems: the increase of heating area and quality leads to insufficient heating; There is a lot of waste of low quality heat in circulating cooling water of condenser in power plant. To solve these two problems at the same time. A new type of EDH-CHP system for enhanced central heating using jet heat pump is proposed. The system recovers the waste heat from the circulating cooling water and applies the residual heat to the central heating. In addition, the heat supply capacity of the original primary network is improved by increasing the temperature difference between the supply and return water of the primary heating network.
