【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的快速發(fā)展,城市用水問題越來越顯著突出,已經(jīng)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展的新瓶頸問題。目前,我國供水工程已經(jīng)進(jìn)入優(yōu)化改造挖潛的新時(shí)期,由于實(shí)際供水管網(wǎng)計(jì)算復(fù)雜,管網(wǎng)改造設(shè)計(jì)問題在當(dāng)下,若還應(yīng)用原來的設(shè)計(jì)方法,已經(jīng)無法在經(jīng)濟(jì)上給出最優(yōu)答案。對于不斷增長的供水需求的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,供水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化改造問題越來越需要重視,亟需解決。 本文從作者的實(shí)際工作出發(fā),以哈爾濱市近些年在城市供水方面發(fā)生的巨大變化為背景,通過對供水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化改造模型的建立與應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)對城市供水管網(wǎng)的科學(xué)管理。 通過對哈爾濱市供水現(xiàn)狀包括水源水廠現(xiàn)狀及配水管網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀的闡述,站在實(shí)際工作角度,對哈爾濱市城市供水存在的實(shí)際問題進(jìn)行深入分析,為下步進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改造研究打下基礎(chǔ),確立目標(biāo)。 通過對常用用水量預(yù)測方法進(jìn)行分類,并考慮到哈爾濱市已有用水量數(shù)據(jù)較少,應(yīng)用灰色預(yù)測模型對哈爾濱市中長期用水量預(yù)測分析,,利用較少的已知數(shù)據(jù),保證預(yù)測精度,為哈爾濱市供水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化改造提供用水量數(shù)據(jù)支持。 隨后,通過對供水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化改造模型的構(gòu)建流程及內(nèi)容的系統(tǒng)介紹,針對哈爾濱市供水管網(wǎng)特點(diǎn)及實(shí)際情況,構(gòu)建供水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化改造模型。并在供水管網(wǎng)改造單目標(biāo)模型基礎(chǔ)上建立供水管網(wǎng)改造多目標(biāo)模型。 最后,以磨盤山供水工程通水為工程實(shí)例,同時(shí)采用免疫算法對模型進(jìn)行求解并應(yīng)用。在哈爾濱供水方式發(fā)生改變的背景情況下,作出工況分析應(yīng)用以及管網(wǎng)改造最優(yōu)化尋解應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證優(yōu)化改造模型的理論和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, the problem of urban water use is more and more prominent, which has become a new bottleneck of economic and social development. At present, the water supply project in our country has entered a new period of optimization and reconstruction to tap potential. Because of the complex calculation of the actual water supply network, if the original design method is still applied in the present moment, the optimal solution can not be given in economy, and the practical problem of the increasing water supply demand can not be obtained. More and more attention needs to be paid to the optimization and reconstruction of water supply network, which needs to be solved urgently. Based on the author's practical work and the great changes in urban water supply in Harbin in recent years, this paper establishes and applies the model of water supply network optimization and transformation. Scientific management of urban water supply network is realized. Through the current situation of water supply in Harbin, including the current situation of the source water plant and distribution water network, from the point of view of the actual work, the actual problems of the urban water supply in Harbin are analyzed in depth. For the next step to optimize the research laid a foundation for the establishment of goals. By classifying the commonly used water consumption forecasting methods and considering that there are less water consumption data in Harbin, the grey forecasting model is used to forecast and analyze the water consumption in Harbin in the medium and long term, and less known data are used. The prediction accuracy is guaranteed and the water consumption data is provided for the optimization and reconstruction of Harbin water supply network. Then, through the systematic introduction of the construction process and content of the water supply network optimization transformation model, aiming at the characteristics and actual situation of Harbin water supply network. Based on the single objective model of water supply network transformation, the multi-objective model of water supply network reconstruction is established. Finally, taking the water supply project of Mopanshan as an engineering example, the model is solved and applied by immune algorithm. Under the background of the change of water supply mode in Harbin. The theory and application value of the optimization model are verified by the application of condition analysis and optimization solution finding of pipe network transformation.
