【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)城市建設(shè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,人們對地下空間的開發(fā)和利用越來越重視,城市建筑工程中涌現(xiàn)出越來越多的深基坑,因此,深基坑支護(hù)工程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)具有十分重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會效益。本文針對地下連續(xù)墻在深基坑支護(hù)工程中的應(yīng)用,建立優(yōu)化分析模型,以南航三亞總部基地綜合樓基坑地下連續(xù)墻支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)為對象分析了嵌固深度、墻體厚度、支撐位置等參數(shù)變化對墻身內(nèi)力、變形及周邊環(huán)境的影響。得出了以下結(jié)論: (1)依據(jù)土壓力理論和彈性桿系有限單元法原理,建立了地下連續(xù)墻設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中的土壓力理論和結(jié)構(gòu)受力的有限單元法分析模型。簡要介紹了最優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論和求解方法。 (2)對基坑開挖中地下連續(xù)墻的受力、變形以及基坑周邊地表沉降進(jìn)行分析,通過改變地下連續(xù)墻的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)(嵌固深度、墻體厚度、支撐位置等),對地下連續(xù)墻設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和其受力變形的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討。 (3)通過地下連續(xù)墻的優(yōu)化評價(jià)模型,對現(xiàn)有地下連續(xù)墻設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過Matlab優(yōu)化工具箱,計(jì)算出地下連續(xù)墻設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的最優(yōu)取值。對比分析了優(yōu)化前后的地下連續(xù)墻的受力和變形情況,得出優(yōu)化后的地下連續(xù)墻方案的優(yōu)越性,證明了評價(jià)模型的優(yōu)越性和可行性。 (4)建立優(yōu)化前后地下連續(xù)墻方案的整體三維模型,對比分析了優(yōu)化前后的地下連續(xù)墻整體受力和位移情況,在變形控制滿足相應(yīng)規(guī)范要求的前提下,優(yōu)化后的地下連續(xù)墻受力更加合理,對材料的利用率也更好,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益更加突出。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of city construction, development of underground space and the use of more and more attention, city construction emerged more and more deep excavation, therefore, deep foundation pit engineering optimization design has very important economic and social benefits. According to the underground continuous wall in deep foundation pit engineering application establishment, optimization analysis model, a comprehensive building in southern Sanya headquarters base excavation of underground continuous wall supporting design as the object to analyze the embedded depth, wall thickness, position change of supporting parameters on wall internal force, deformation and affect the environment around. Draw the following conclusions:
(1) according to the earth pressure theory and the elastic link finite element method, the earth pressure theory and the finite element analysis model of the structural force under the calculation of diaphragm wall are established. The optimal design theory and solving method are briefly introduced.
(2) of the underground continuous wall in foundation pit excavation in the stress analysis and settlement deformation of foundation pit surface, by changing some design parameters of underground continuous wall (embedded depth, wall thickness, support position, etc.) on the design parameters of underground continuous wall and the force deformation relations are discussed.
(3) through the optimization and evaluation of underground continuous wall model of existing underground continuous wall design is optimized by Matlab optimization toolbox, calculate the optimal values of design parameters of underground continuous wall. Comparative analysis of the underground continuous wall before and after optimization of the stress and deformation of the underground continuous wall, the superiority of the optimized plan the feasibility and superiority of the evaluation model.
(4) the whole three-dimensional model of underground continuous wall before and after the optimization scheme, comparison and analysis of the underground continuous wall before and after the optimization of the overall stress and displacement, the deformation control to meet the corresponding standard under the premise, the underground continuous wall after optimization is more reasonable stress, the material utilization rate is better, economic benefits more prominent.
