【摘要】：施工卸載過程是指對支撐體系(腳手架體系)的卸載,而對結(jié)構(gòu)體系自身來說恰恰是加載過程,在此過程中由于結(jié)構(gòu)的邊界條件會發(fā)生改變,結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力水平也會發(fā)生較大的變化,由此導(dǎo)致內(nèi)力重新分配,部分桿件的受力狀態(tài)會隨加載過程發(fā)生正、負(fù)交替的變化,甚至超出設(shè)計應(yīng)力,同時伴隨著結(jié)構(gòu)較大的幾何變形。由此可知大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)施工卸載過程的重要性。有鑒于此,對新型大跨度空間結(jié)構(gòu)鋼屋蓋施工卸載過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬研究,探討了不同施工卸載方案對結(jié)構(gòu)造成的影響(結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力和支撐體系內(nèi)力方面),最后給出了較優(yōu)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工卸載方案。
[Abstract]:The construction unloading process refers to the unloading of the braced system (scaffolding system), but to the structure itself is the loading process, in which the boundary conditions of the structure will change. The internal force level of the structure will also change greatly, which will lead to the redistribution of internal force. The stress state of some members will change positively and negatively with the loading process, and even exceed the design stress. At the same time, with the large geometric deformation of the structure, we can see the importance of the construction and unloading process of the long-span spatial structure. Numerical simulation of the unloading process of steel roof of a new type of large span space structure is carried out, and the influence of different construction and unloading schemes on the structure (internal force of structure and internal force of bracing system) is discussed. Finally, the optimal construction and unloading scheme of steel structure is given.
