【摘要】:對(duì)河道、港口、湖泊等水域進(jìn)行疏浚處理所產(chǎn)生廢棄物稱為疏浚泥,目前我國(guó)疏浚泥的處理方法主要為海洋傾倒、填埋和吹填,這些處理方法不僅會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境帶來(lái)很大的負(fù)面影響,而且也是對(duì)資源的浪費(fèi),給生態(tài)環(huán)境及經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來(lái)巨大的壓力,不符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念。陶瓷透水磚作為一種新型城市地面裝飾材料,具有良好的透水性和保水性,能有效的緩解城市地表硬化帶來(lái)的地下水位下降和城市“熱島”效應(yīng)。本文研究以疏浚泥替代天然粘土原料作為低溫黏結(jié)劑制備生態(tài)透水磚,為疏浚泥的資源化利用提供一條新途徑,變廢為寶,具有顯著的社會(huì)效益和推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 論文對(duì)東莞麻涌河及其支流的十個(gè)取樣點(diǎn)疏浚泥進(jìn)行了分析測(cè)試,表明:東莞麻涌河疏浚泥的主要礦物成分為石英、高嶺土和白云母,而其化學(xué)組成主要是SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、MgO、K2O、以及有機(jī)物等,與普通粘土原料的化學(xué)組成相近,且有較好的可塑性,,可以用來(lái)替代天然粘土原料作低溫黏結(jié)劑;另外干疏浚泥有1500kJ/kg左右的發(fā)熱量,具有一定的能源利用價(jià)值。 論文研究了疏浚泥、廢瓷和玻璃粉的用量對(duì)透水磚性能的影響,確定了疏浚泥透水磚的基礎(chǔ)配方(wt%)為:疏浚泥25%,廢瓷60%,玻璃粉15%。通過正交試驗(yàn)研究了最優(yōu)工藝條件及該工藝下試樣的性能,探討燒成制度、成型壓力和骨料粒徑對(duì)疏浚泥透水磚的抗壓強(qiáng)度和透水系數(shù)的影響,燒成溫度的升高有利于提高試樣的抗壓強(qiáng)度,且在1100℃時(shí)疏浚泥透水磚透水系數(shù)達(dá)到極大值;隨著保溫時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)、成型壓力增大和骨料粒徑的逐漸減小,疏浚泥透水磚的抗壓強(qiáng)度逐漸增大,而透水系數(shù)減小。研究表明:疏浚泥透水磚的最佳工藝條件為燒成溫度1100℃,骨料粒徑1.00~1.70mm,成型壓力10MPa,保溫時(shí)間20min。試樣在最優(yōu)工藝條件下制備時(shí)骨料顆粒表面被玻璃相包裹,試樣通過顆粒堆積形成了大量的連通孔并且孔壁光滑,骨料顆粒間通過玻璃相有效的黏結(jié)起來(lái),透水磚抗壓強(qiáng)度為60MPa,透水系數(shù)為6.38×10-2cm/s,重金屬溶出量符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:On the river, port, lakes dredging produced waste called dredged mud, the processing method of our country mainly for ocean dumping of dredged mud, landfill and reclamation, these methods will not only bring great negative impact on the environment, but also a waste of resources, bring enormous pressure to sustainable development the ecological environment and economy, is not consistent with the concept of sustainable development. As a new type of permeable ceramic brick city ground decoration materials, with good water permeability and water retention, can effectively alleviate the city surface hardening caused by the decline of groundwater level and city "heat island" effect. This paper studies the dredged mud instead of natural clay as raw material low temperature preparation of binder ecological water permeable brick, provide a new way for resource utilization of dredged mud waste utilization, has significant social benefits and application value.
The ten sampling points of Dongguan Mayong dredging river and its tributaries were analyzed, showed that the main mineral composition of Dongguan river dredging for Machong quartz, kaolinite and muscovite, and its chemical composition is mainly SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, MgO, K2O, and organic matter, chemical raw materials and ordinary clay the similar composition, and good plasticity, can be used instead of natural clay raw materials for low temperature bonding agent; also have a fever dry weight about 1500kJ/kg dredging, has a certain value of energy utilization.
This paper studied the effects of dredged mud, waste porcelain and glass powder content on the properties of water permeable brick, the basic formula of dredged mud permeable brick was determined (wt%): dredging 25%, 60% waste porcelain, glass powder and 15%. were investigated by orthogonal test and the optimum conditions of the process of study sample, burn as a system, the effect of molding pressure and aggregate diameter of dredged mud permeable brick the compressive strength and permeability coefficient, sintering temperature is beneficial to improve the compressive strength of the samples, and the dredging at 1100 DEG C of mud water permeable brick permeability coefficient reaches the maximum value; with the holding time prolonged, molding pressure and aggregate size the compressive strength decreases gradually, dredge water permeable brick is gradually increased, and the permeability coefficient decreases. The results show that: the optimum conditions of dredging water permeable brick for firing temperature of 1100 DEG C, the aggregate size of 1 ~ 1.70mm, forming pressure 10MPa, holding time 20min. samples under the optimum conditions of preparation when the aggregate surface is wrapped in the glass phase, sample particle accumulation formed a hole through a large and smooth hole wall, between the aggregate particles through the glass phase bonding, the compressive strength of pervious brick for 60MPa, the permeability coefficient is 6.38 * 10-2cm/s, the amount of dissolution in accordance with the industry standard heavy metal.
