【摘要】：城市更新對(duì)于整個(gè)城市的發(fā)展而言一直是任重而道遠(yuǎn)的。因?yàn)槌鞘懈峦鶝Q定了一個(gè)城市的未來(lái)發(fā)展走向和人們的生存狀態(tài)與文化精神。城市的發(fā)展伴隨著文化的傳播以及文脈的延續(xù),但是一味的向前難免會(huì)迷失方向。那些散落在城市角落破舊的建筑表面看來(lái)可能只是茍延殘喘的令人忽視甚至是唾棄的殘?jiān)珨啾?可能只是一些貧民無(wú)奈、又賴以生存的簡(jiǎn)陋媒介,但是在城市的歷史發(fā)展中可能卻是最為寶貴和不可缺失的文化碎片,這些文化碎片偶爾在陽(yáng)光的反射下也會(huì)如此的耀眼,不經(jīng)讓我們驚覺(jué),提醒我們不忘這也是歷史的發(fā)展歷程,提示我們除了在國(guó)際化發(fā)展的同時(shí)也應(yīng)該回頭思考,是不是遺漏了什么,城市更新的意義已經(jīng)不單單是對(duì)于城市發(fā)展的重新定義,更重要的是對(duì)于整個(gè)城市文化的思考。對(duì)于城市的研究我們往往通過(guò)各種學(xué)科來(lái)分析探索,包括必不可少的建筑學(xué),規(guī)劃學(xué),人文學(xué),社會(huì)學(xué)等等,但是怎樣通過(guò)更為直觀與辨證的視角來(lái)思考,就是本文的主旨所在。通過(guò)大三第二學(xué)期阿姆斯特丹交流生和研二的一年釜山交換生生活,以城市居住者和城市更新專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生的視角與親身體驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比思考,以中西方,上海與釜山的城市更新的歷史及理論研究為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從直觀的意識(shí)形態(tài)上出發(fā),結(jié)合理論基礎(chǔ),感受并提煉自身專(zhuān)業(yè)思考。 本文分為六章節(jié),第一章為緒論,主要說(shuō)明選題基點(diǎn)和研究來(lái)源,選定論文研究方法。認(rèn)清論文需要解決及分析的問(wèn)題,找到研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章從中西方城市更新的發(fā)展歷程上宏觀的認(rèn)識(shí)城市更新,找到城市更新的歷史起源,分析國(guó)內(nèi)城市更新的走勢(shì)和基本規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)手法,為之后的上海與釜山城市更新在形態(tài)表現(xiàn)上的對(duì)比分析找到一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章是對(duì)釜山的城市機(jī)理進(jìn)行梳理,找出獨(dú)有的城市色彩,確定釜山城市更新模式。在局限的有關(guān)釜山城市更新文獻(xiàn)資料下以上海的城市文化特質(zhì)反向思考釜山,同時(shí)找到兩者在城市本質(zhì)中的相似點(diǎn),為本文的對(duì)比研究找到立足點(diǎn)。第四章對(duì)上海的城市發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行回顧,從不同的發(fā)展階段找到城市規(guī)劃的主旨及模式,探討上海變遷對(duì)于城市更新的影響。第五章分別從釜山和上海選取三個(gè)重要城市更新區(qū)域進(jìn)行對(duì)比,在第二第三章的研究基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行較為細(xì)致的對(duì)比分析,包括城市更新的不同手法,城市更新在形態(tài)形態(tài)上所展現(xiàn)的不同,對(duì)于城市不同的人文思考等等。對(duì)于現(xiàn)今的上海城市更新成果發(fā)表自己的拙見(jiàn),提出上海未來(lái)較有可行性的可持續(xù)改造方法。在文章的最后第六章進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究的總結(jié),對(duì)于前文的分析研究進(jìn)行核心問(wèn)題的整理,找到根本的關(guān)鍵性不同,為今后的上海城市更新的發(fā)展做出思考和展望。
[Abstract]:City renewal is always a long way to go for the development of the whole city. Because the city renewal often determines the survival condition and the cultural spirit of a city of the future development trend of the development of the city and people. Along with the cultural dissemination and continuation of the context, but blindly forward will inevitably be lost. Those scattered in the city corner of the dilapidated building surface may want to learn to ignore or even a spurned canyuanduanbi, probably just some poor helpless, and the survival of the primitive media, but in the history of the development of the city may be the most valuable and irreplaceable cultural debris is, these cultural fragments occasionally reflected in the sunlight will be true bright, without let us surprise, remind us not to forget the history of this history, we suggest that in addition to the international development should also be in the Come to think, is not what is missing, the significance of city renewal has not just been redefined for the development of the city, it is more important for the whole thinking of the culture of the city. The city of us often through various disciplines to explore the essential analysis, including architecture, planning, humanities, social science and so on. But how through a more intuitive and dialectical perspective, is the gist of the article. Through the second semester of Amsterdam exchange student research and one of the two years of Busan exchange student life, to update the students and the city city living experience and perspective of comparative thinking, in the west, the history and theory of Shanghai and the renovation of Busan city as the starting point, from the perspective of visual ideology, on the basis of the theory, experience and refine their professional thinking.
This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, which explains the basis and source of research, selected research methods. The analysis and recognize the need to solve the problem, find the innovation of the research. The second chapter from the understanding of city development of Chinese and western city renewal macro more new, find the historical origin of city renewal, analysis the domestic city renewal trend and the basic planning and design techniques, after Shanghai and Busan city in the form of updating contrast analysis on a theoretical basis. The third chapter is to find the mechanism of Busan City analyzed, find out the unique colors of the city, Busan City update mode. Literature on Busan City update the limitations of the city cultural characteristics to reverse thinking of Shanghai Busan, also found in both of the essence of the city to find similarities, stand for the comparative study of this article. The four chapter reviews the development course of Shanghai City, find the idea and pattern of city planning from different stages of development of Shanghai changes influence the city renewal. The fifth chapter respectively from Busan and Shanghai were the three important city comparison update area are analyzed detailed in Chapter third on the basis of second, including different methods of city renewal, city renewal has shown in the different forms, think of the different city and so on. For today's Shanghai City update published their own opinion, put forward a feasibility of sustainable development in Shanghai future transformation method. Comparative study in the last sixth chapters summarize the core the problem of the above arrangement, find the key of fundamentally different development update for the future of the city of Shanghai to make thinking and Exhibition Look.
