【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)是一個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟和文化中心，它傳達著特定民族、地區(qū)的人文風貌和文化特征。而城鎮(zhèn)形象則是城鎮(zhèn)整體化的精神、面貌和風格的體現(xiàn)。一個良好的城鎮(zhèn)形象是城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的一筆無形資產(chǎn)，對內(nèi)可以增強凝聚力、向心力；對外能夠迅速提高城鎮(zhèn)的知名度和吸引力，加速城鎮(zhèn)全面發(fā)展。 隨著內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)社會和經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，內(nèi)蒙古牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化速度也在加快。然而，如同國內(nèi)外許多地方一樣，內(nèi)蒙古牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)形象的地域特色與民族特色的體現(xiàn)明顯不足，“克隆”城市現(xiàn)象愈演愈烈，已經(jīng)成為我區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃與建設(shè)中的一大缺憾。西部大開發(fā)的到來,加快生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)為牧區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展帶來了新的歷史機遇，而此時塑造一個有民族和地區(qū)特色的牧區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)形象具有了更深遠的意義。它不僅推動牧區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,增加牧民收入，而且是內(nèi)蒙古牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略重點。 本文基于內(nèi)蒙古牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)形象特色缺失的現(xiàn)狀，以錫林郭勒盟牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)為例，通過實地調(diào)查，收集數(shù)據(jù)資料，并結(jié)合Gis圖像處理及數(shù)據(jù)分析的方法，分析探討其牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)的形象現(xiàn)狀、特點及所存在的問題。論文的研究內(nèi)容主要分為以下四個部分：首先闡述了本文的研究背景、意義和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，并對城鎮(zhèn)形象設(shè)計問題進行評述，內(nèi)蒙古牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)形象建設(shè)的特色塑造的重要性，，提出論文的主體研究思路。然后探討了城鎮(zhèn)形象、城鎮(zhèn)形象設(shè)計的相關(guān)概念、內(nèi)容及意義，界定本文的研究范疇與理論分析依據(jù)。其次為本文的正文部分，在實地調(diào)查和問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，從城鎮(zhèn)自然環(huán)境、歷史文化、建筑風格等方面分析研究牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及城鎮(zhèn)形象現(xiàn)狀。最后根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀研究得出目前城鎮(zhèn)形象建設(shè)所存在的問題，并提出有利建議，希望可促進牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)的形象的特色性和牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)的健康順利發(fā)展。 經(jīng)過研究，得知目前錫林郭勒盟牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)形象建設(shè)存在很多問題，主要體現(xiàn)在：（1）城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃整體性不強；（2）城鎮(zhèn)形象特色不足；（3）對城鎮(zhèn)自然環(huán)境和人文環(huán)境的重視與利用不夠等等。這些問題若得不到有效解決，錫林郭勒盟牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)形象很難得到提高，也很難形成特色。在分析了錫林郭勒盟牧區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)的自然地理環(huán)境、歷史沿革、人文環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了城市形象建設(shè)對策：（1）尊重自然，因地制宜，人地和諧；（2）尊重歷史，根植文化，突出特色；（3）科學(xué)規(guī)劃，整體協(xié)調(diào)。
[Abstract]:The town is a regional economic and cultural center, it conveys specific ethnic and cultural characteristics, cultural landscape area. While the urban image is the overall urban spirit, reflect the style and outlook. A good urban image is an intangible asset of urban development, to enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of; foreign can quickly improve the town's popularity and appeal, accelerate urban comprehensive development.
With the rapid social and economic development in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia in the speed of urbanization is accelerating. However, like many places at home and abroad, reflect the regional characteristics and national characteristics in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia urban image is obviously insufficient, "cloning" city phenomenon intensified, has become a major shortcoming of urban planning and construction in my area. The western development is coming, accelerate the construction of ecological environment for the development of small towns and pastoral areas have brought the new historical opportunity, while creating a distinctive national and regional pastoral image of a small town has a more far-reaching significance. It is not only to promote economic development in pastoral areas, increasing the income of herdsmen, and is the strategic focus in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia urban construction.
The situation in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia urban image missing features based on the pastoral areas in Xilinguole Meng town as an example, through field investigation, data collection, and analysis of Gis image processing and data analysis, to explore the image of the status quo in pastoral towns, characteristics and existing problems. The main content of this paper is divided into the following four the first part: introduce the research background, significance and research status at home and abroad, and gives a review on urban image design, the importance of shaping the image of the construction of the Inner Mongolia pastoral town characteristics, main research ideas are proposed. And then discusses the related concepts of urban image, urban image design, content and significance, defines the the research category and the basis of theoretical analysis. Then the main part of this article, on the basis of field investigation and questionnaire survey, from the urban natural environment, history and culture Building style, analysis of the current research on the urban development and urban pastoral image. Finally according to the present situation of the existing urban image construction problems, and put forward suggestions, hope can promote the image characteristics of urban areas and pastoral towns the healthy and smooth development.
After the study, that the current construction of urban image of Xilinguole Meng pastoral areas have many problems, mainly reflected in: (1) the overall urban planning is not strong; (2) urban image features; (3) pay attention to and utilization of urban natural environment and the humanities environment is not enough and so on. These problems if not effectively resolved, Xilinguole Meng pastoral town image is difficult to be improved, it is difficult to form the characteristic. In the analysis of the natural geographical environment, the history of the town of Xilinguole Meng pastoral area, based on the human environment, put forward the Countermeasures for the construction of city image: (1) according to local conditions, respect for nature and harmony; (2) respect for history, rooted in culture, highlighting the characteristics of (3); scientific planning and overall coordination.
