【摘要】：目前世界已經(jīng)將關(guān)注的的重點問題放在如何改善居住環(huán)境和如何協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展兩方面。生態(tài)宜居城市的提出是順應(yīng)世界發(fā)展潮流的,是人類生存發(fā)展的理想環(huán)境。生態(tài)宜居城市是城市人性化、生態(tài)化、經(jīng)濟化綜合發(fā)展的結(jié)果,構(gòu)建生態(tài)宜居城市,不僅能提高居民的生活質(zhì)量,而且也是貫徹落實全面建設(shè)小康社會的重要措施。城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃是城市總體建設(shè)的重要組成部分,因為城市綠地對于城市生物多樣性的保護、環(huán)境質(zhì)量的改善、保持生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的平衡、城市景觀的美化等等方面有舉足輕重的作用。創(chuàng)建生態(tài)宜居城市的重要途徑就是要通過對城市綠地系統(tǒng)進行科學(xué)、合理、生態(tài)地規(guī)劃。 “生態(tài)宜居城市”強調(diào)社會、經(jīng)濟、自然三者的和諧、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,對于生態(tài)宜居城市的研究是一個范圍廣、程度深、前景好的課題。所以本論文選擇與自然生態(tài)關(guān)系緊密的綠地系統(tǒng)為研究重點,以生態(tài)宜居城市建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、指標(biāo)、原則為切入點,分析研究中方縣城創(chuàng)建生態(tài)宜居城市的優(yōu)勢,探討生態(tài)宜居城市及其綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃先進性的體現(xiàn)。結(jié)合景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、人居環(huán)境科學(xué)等學(xué)科理論,研究總結(jié)城市綠地指標(biāo)制定、結(jié)構(gòu)布局因素及原則,樹種多樣性規(guī)劃等城市綠地系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建方法,全面提高城市綠化水平和質(zhì)量,改善城市生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量。并以新建的縣城——中方縣城為例,基于生態(tài)宜居理念的思想進行城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃構(gòu)建方法的論證,為中方縣生態(tài)宜居城市建設(shè)提供思路和可操作性建議,引導(dǎo)中方縣城市綠地系統(tǒng)建設(shè)朝著舒適、安全、可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the world has focused on the problem of how to coordinate economic development and how to improve the living environment in two aspects. The ecological livable city is conform to the trend of world development, is the ideal environment for human survival and development. The ecological livable city is the city of humanization, ecological, economic comprehensive development, building ecological and livable city, not only can improve the quality of life of residents, but also is the important measure to implement the comprehensive construction of a well-off society. The city green space system planning is an important part of the overall construction of the city, because the city green land for the protection of biodiversity in City, the improvement of environmental quality, maintain the balance of the ecosystem, plays an important role in the city landscape the landscaping and so on. An important way is to create a livable city through scientific and reasonable system of city green space, ecological planning Plan.
The "livable city" to emphasize the social, economic, three natural harmony, sustainable development, for the study of ecological livable city is a wide, deep level, good prospects for the project. So the green space system and the natural ecological relationship is the focus of the study, the connotation of livable city construction index in principle, as the starting point, analysis of Chinese county creating ecological and livable city advantages of planning reflect the nature of the ecological livable city and green space system. Combining with the landscape ecology, sustainable development, environment science, research summary of city green space index formulation, structure factors and principle, construction method of tree species diversity planning etc. city green space system, and comprehensively improve the level and quality of the greening of the city, improve the city's ecological environment quality. And the new town square in the county as an example, based on the students The idea of "livable" concept is used to demonstrate the construction method of urban green space system planning, providing ideas and operational suggestions for the construction of ecological livable city in the county area, and guiding the construction of urban green space system in the Chinese county towards a comfortable, safe and sustainable direction.
