【摘要】：工程造價(jià)管理覆蓋建設(shè)工程前期決策及實(shí)施的各個(gè)階段。目前工程造價(jià)管理的軟件很多,但在實(shí)際應(yīng)用過(guò)程中,這些軟件存在著一些共性的缺陷,僅靠單一的工程造價(jià)軟件是無(wú)法進(jìn)行工程造價(jià)管理的。對(duì)于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),要想實(shí)現(xiàn)高速、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展,擁有一個(gè)科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)姆康禺a(chǎn)工程造價(jià)管理系統(tǒng)是必不可少的。本系統(tǒng)主要根據(jù)房地產(chǎn)工程造價(jià)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行開發(fā)的,系統(tǒng)整體采用JAVA語(yǔ)言,Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。在功能上,分別實(shí)現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目管理功能、造價(jià)費(fèi)用管理功能、模版管理功能以及設(shè)備價(jià)格管理功能,滿足了該房地產(chǎn)公司在工程造價(jià)管理上的業(yè)務(wù)需要。通過(guò)本文研究的房地產(chǎn)工程造價(jià)管理系統(tǒng),能夠提高房地產(chǎn)公司在工程造價(jià)信息管理過(guò)程中的工作效率,節(jié)約工程造價(jià)管理工作的時(shí)間成本,有利于工程的順利進(jìn)行。本文研究的房地產(chǎn)工程造價(jià)管理系統(tǒng)可以在很大程度上減輕工程造價(jià)信息管理人員的工作壓力,使得工程造價(jià)信息管理人員從傳統(tǒng)的管理工作中解脫出來(lái),以一種更加科學(xué)、高效的方式對(duì)工程造價(jià)信息進(jìn)行管理,最終達(dá)到提高工程造價(jià)信息管理工作效率以公司整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目的。

[Abstract]:Project cost management covers all stages of early decision-making and implementation of construction projects. At present, there are many software of engineering cost management, but in the process of practical application, these software have some common defects, only rely on a single project cost software can not carry out project cost management. For real estate enterprises, in order to achieve high-speed and sustainable development, it is necessary to have a scientific and rigorous real estate engineering cost management system. The system is mainly developed according to the real estate project cost related business, the system uses Java language, Oracle database as a whole. In terms of function, the project management function, cost management function, template management function and equipment price management function are realized respectively, which meets the business needs of the real estate company in the project cost management. Through the real estate project cost management system studied in this paper, the work efficiency of the real estate company in the process of engineering cost information management can be improved, and the time cost of the project cost management can be saved, which is beneficial to the smooth progress of the project. The real estate project cost management system studied in this paper can reduce the working pressure of the project cost information managers to a great extent, free the project cost information managers from the traditional management work, manage the project cost information in a more scientific and efficient way, and finally achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the project cost information management and the overall economic benefits of the company.
