基于Android與OBD的車載終端及其在駕駛行為評估中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國是全球最大的汽車生產(chǎn)國和消費(fèi)國,車聯(lián)網(wǎng)市場巨大。從汽車這一新興移動(dòng)終端到由汽車組成的車聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),牽動(dòng)著我國又一條至關(guān)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)脈絡(luò)。據(jù)某研究院數(shù)據(jù)庫顯示:截至2016年底,全國機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量達(dá)29000萬輛,其中汽車19400萬輛;機(jī)動(dòng)車駕駛?cè)?6000萬人,其中汽車駕駛?cè)顺^31000萬人。在此背景下,汽車保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)在獲得無限發(fā)展空間的同時(shí),卻由于惡性競爭、交通事故率不斷上升等原因,導(dǎo)致車險(xiǎn)公司利潤率不斷下降。因此,根據(jù)不同的駕駛行為、車輛歷史故障情況等數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)出差異化的保險(xiǎn)方案意義重大。這樣就需要借助車載信息系統(tǒng)與OBD(On Board Diagnostic,車輛診斷系統(tǒng))等技術(shù)來采集運(yùn)行信息并結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等算法分析駕駛?cè)说鸟{駛行為習(xí)慣及車輛狀況;谏鲜霰尘,本文研究開發(fā)了一款A(yù)ndroid操作系統(tǒng)設(shè)備與WEB平臺相結(jié)合的車載終端,該終端能夠?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)控車輛的行駛數(shù)據(jù)信息與故障狀況,把數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)地上傳到服務(wù)器,并通過大量車輛數(shù)據(jù)對駕駛行為評估進(jìn)行分析與建模。首先,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。將車載終端分成車輛數(shù)據(jù)采集與故障診斷端、Android客戶端和WEB平臺三個(gè)部分,并對前兩個(gè)部分的硬件接口進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計(jì)。車輛數(shù)據(jù)采集與故障診斷端通過OBD接口從車輛內(nèi)部的ECU實(shí)時(shí)采集車輛數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)藍(lán)牙接口將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸給Android客戶端,Android端使用Cortex-A9處理器,通過無線通信技術(shù)把數(shù)據(jù)上傳到WEB平臺。其次,對車載終端系統(tǒng)Android客戶端和WEB平臺的核心功能軟件進(jìn)行開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)。Android客戶端主要實(shí)現(xiàn)Android端與車輛OBD系統(tǒng)的通信、車輛OBD數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集與上傳和地圖服務(wù)三個(gè)核心功能。WEB平臺主要實(shí)現(xiàn)上傳數(shù)據(jù)的存儲與分析、數(shù)據(jù)圖表呈現(xiàn)和數(shù)據(jù)記錄查詢?nèi)齻(gè)核心功能。再次,利用逐步回歸分析方法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,經(jīng)顯著性檢驗(yàn),建立最優(yōu)回歸數(shù)學(xué)模型,用以評估駕駛?cè)说男袨闋顩r,給車險(xiǎn)行業(yè)中差異化保險(xiǎn)方案提供參考。最后,通過Android客戶端功能測試和WEB平臺功能測試,驗(yàn)證了本系統(tǒng)可行性和實(shí)時(shí)性。

[Abstract]:China is the largest automobile producer and consumer in the world, and the car network market is huge. From the new mobile terminal to the vehicle networking system composed of cars, another vital economic context of our country is affected. By the end of 2016, there were 290 million motor vehicles, of which 194 million were cars, and 360 million were motor vehicle drivers, including more than 310 million, according to a database of a research institute. In this context, the automobile insurance industry not only obtains unlimited space for development, but also due to vicious competition, traffic accident rate continues to rise and other reasons, resulting in the continuous decline of profit margins of car insurance companies. Therefore, it is of great significance to design a differentiated insurance scheme according to different driving behavior, vehicle historical failure and other data. In this way, it is necessary to collect the operation information with the help of vehicle information system and OBD (On Board Diagnostic, vehicle diagnosis system) and analyze the driving behavior and vehicle condition of the driver with big data mining and other algorithms. Based on the above background, this paper studies and develops a vehicle terminal which combines Android operating system device with WEB platform. The terminal can monitor the driving data and fault status of the vehicle in real time, upload the data to the server in real time, and analyze and model the driving behavior evaluation through a large number of vehicle data. First of all, the system architecture is constructed. The vehicle terminal is divided into three parts: vehicle data acquisition and fault diagnosis, Android client and WEB platform, and the hardware interface of the first two parts is analyzed and designed. The vehicle data acquisition and fault diagnosis terminal collects vehicle data from the ECU inside the vehicle through OBD interface, and transmits the data to the Android client through Bluetooth interface. The Android terminal uses Cortex-A9 processor to upload the data to the WEB platform through wireless communication technology. Secondly, the core function software of vehicle terminal system Android client and WEB platform is developed and designed. Android client mainly realizes three core functions: communication between Android client and vehicle OBD system, real-time collection and upload of vehicle OBD data and map service. Web platform mainly realizes three core functions of uploading data storage and analysis, data chart presentation and data recording query. Thirdly, the stepwise regression analysis method is used to process the data, and the optimal regression mathematical model is established by significance test to evaluate the behavior of the driver and provide a reference for the differentiated insurance scheme in the automobile insurance industry. Finally, the feasibility and real-time performance of the system are verified by Android client function test and WEB platform function test.
