【摘要】：開展遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療會(huì)診是國家衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)改革的重要內(nèi)容,能夠提高基層醫(yī)院的診療水平,拉動(dòng)醫(yī)療行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展,還能改善現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢(shì)醫(yī)療資源分布不均勻的現(xiàn)狀,現(xiàn)實(shí)意義重大。本文充分結(jié)合用戶的實(shí)際使用需求,利用軟件工程系統(tǒng)開發(fā)相關(guān)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)出一套遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療會(huì)診管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診過程中各類信息數(shù)據(jù)的有效管理和高效利用。最終通過將所設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目加載服務(wù)器,操作瀏覽器訪問的方式對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,各項(xiàng)功能均滿足設(shè)計(jì)需求,運(yùn)行結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。本課題的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)對(duì)本文所開發(fā)系統(tǒng)使用到的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,最終確定B/S結(jié)構(gòu)作為web結(jié)構(gòu);確定Tomcat服務(wù)器作為Web服務(wù)器;確定Struts、Spring、Hibernate三大常用框架作為Java Web框架;采用JSP+Servlet+JavaBean技術(shù)來完成系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。(2)著重從功能需求、輸入輸出需求、性能需求,可用性需求等四個(gè)方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行了深入分析,在充分明確了所要開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的需求后,分別對(duì)系統(tǒng)總體構(gòu)架中最重要的兩個(gè)方面,系統(tǒng)層次結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)主要流程進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)。(3)對(duì)開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。首先根據(jù)系統(tǒng)中六個(gè)實(shí)體之間的相互聯(lián)系構(gòu)建E-R模型圖,然后根據(jù)E-R模型圖設(shè)計(jì)出系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)物理模型。(4)通過JSP技術(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的重要功能進(jìn)行模塊化設(shè)計(jì),主要包括用戶登錄驗(yàn)證、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)和會(huì)診管理三個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)過程采用流程化的思路,并對(duì)三個(gè)模塊運(yùn)行過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析設(shè)計(jì)。(5)對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境中Java環(huán)境和web服務(wù)器環(huán)境進(jìn)行了配置。通過將項(xiàng)目加載到服務(wù)器端,以會(huì)診事件作為主線,根據(jù)事件處理流程化的思路進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)功能的逐項(xiàng)驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:The development of telemedicine consultation is an important part of the reform of the national health system. It can improve the diagnosis and treatment level of grass-roots hospitals, stimulate the overall development of the medical industry, and also improve the current situation of uneven distribution of superior medical resources, which is of great practical significance. In this paper, a set of telemedicine consultation management system is designed according to the actual use needs of users, and a set of telemedicine consultation management system is designed by using software engineering system to realize the effective management and efficient utilization of all kinds of information and data in the process of remote consultation. Finally, the system function is verified by loading the designed project into the server and operating browser access. All the functions meet the design requirements, and the running results verify the feasibility of the system design. The main research contents of this subject are as follows: (1) the related technologies used in the system developed in this paper are compared and analyzed, and the B / S structure is finally determined as the web structure, the Tomcat server as the Web server, and the three commonly used frameworks of Struts,Spring,Hibernate as the Java Web framework.
