資源共享的智能制造虛擬實驗教學平臺建設

【摘要】:采用專業(yè)虛擬仿真軟件,通過計算機網絡將智能制造設備3D虛擬模型與實體PLC設備建立實時數(shù)據(jù)連接,形成虛實結合的智能制造實驗教學系統(tǒng)。實驗室局域網經VPN網關與校園網連接,使學生在完成實驗預約后可以通過校園網訪問虛擬實驗教學系統(tǒng)、下載實驗資源、遠程連接PLC,進行虛擬仿真實驗。構建的資源共享智能制造虛擬實驗教學平臺可以提高實驗室資源的利用率,有利于培養(yǎng)更多的專業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:Using the professional virtual simulation software, the 3D virtual model of intelligent manufacturing equipment is connected with the entity PLC device through computer network, and the intelligent manufacturing experiment teaching system is formed. The laboratory LAN is connected to the campus network through VPN gateway, so that students can access the virtual experiment teaching system through the campus network, download the experimental resources and connect the PLC, remotely to carry on the virtual simulation experiment. The virtual experiment teaching platform of resource sharing intelligent manufacturing can improve the utilization rate of laboratory resources and is beneficial to the cultivation of more professionals.
