基于Voronoi圖對國家自然基金項目的動態(tài)可視化
[Abstract]:China's National Nature Fund is a fund project managed by the State Nature Fund Committee. This national funded project supports basic research and application according to the direction of national science and technology development and the urgent need of national development. Therefore, the change of capital distribution over the years reveals the development trend of national science and technology. The data on the distribution of the National Nature Fund are not static. Every year, the state-funded projects will be adjusted according to the development of science and technology, the needs of the country, the support of regional discipline research and the cultivation of talents. In order to capture this dynamic data change, it is necessary to visualize the data of projects funded by the National Nature Fund. As a result, we can change other related industries accordingly. Most of the dynamic data visualization is expected to reveal the changes of all the data in the whole large data set, and what this paper does is a slightly lightweight research, that is, the visual analysis of the changes in the data set projects and fields of the National Nature Fund in order to be helpful to the research of the development trend of national science and technology. In this paper, we use Tyson polygons visualization technology to simulate the dynamic changes of National Nature Fund data by using the visual metaphor of the natural process of cell growth and extinction. This visual process enables non-professional audiences to directly perceive changes in the distribution of the National Nature Fund. The dynamic visualization process using Tyson polygons is divided into two parts. The first part, each Tyson polygons at rest, represents a different field, and the color represents the degree of investment received. The second layer is the dynamic increase or decrease of Tyson polygons, which represents the emergence of new fields or the demise of old ones. Three study cases will show their different applications.
