基于NiosⅡ的SPIHT算法圖像壓縮卡的設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對高速傳輸系統(tǒng)中大批量數(shù)據(jù)不易傳輸?shù)膯栴},提出了一種基于片上系統(tǒng)圖像壓縮卡的設(shè)計方法,討論了采用軟核NiosⅡ處理器的配置方式、簡化SPIHT算法的硬件實現(xiàn)原理和LVDS圖像數(shù)據(jù)接收轉(zhuǎn)存的操作流程。詳細(xì)論述了系統(tǒng)各模塊的設(shè)計原理及實現(xiàn)方法,并對各模塊進(jìn)行了實際的性能測試和分析,結(jié)果表明該壓縮卡性能穩(wěn)定,可以高效地完成圖像數(shù)據(jù)壓縮。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that it is not easy to transmit large quantities of data in high speed transmission system, a design method based on chip system image compression card is proposed. The configuration mode of soft core Nios II processor is discussed, which simplifies the hardware implementation principle of SPIHT algorithm and the operation flow of LVDS image data receiving and transferring. The design principle and implementation method of each module of the system are discussed in detail, and the actual performance of each module is tested and analyzed. The results show that the compression card has stable performance and can effectively complete image data compression.
