基于大數據校園一體化管理系統(tǒng)的研究開發(fā)
[Abstract]:The goal of "Education Informatization into the overall Strategy of National Informatization Development", pointed out in the outline of National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010 / 2020), points out a new direction for the development of university informatization. In recent years, domestic colleges and universities have established a preliminary digital campus system in accordance with the Ten-year Development Plan for Educational Informatization issued by the Ministry of Education (2011-2020). The further development of information technology will make the management of colleges and universities, especially private colleges and universities, also move forward to the modernization of information, and greatly change the technical means and methods of university management. By analyzing the situation existing in the construction of campus information integration in China and the problems that have arisen now, according to the direction of education information reform in our country, there are a large number of databases with strong sharing demand in solving the information process of private colleges and universities, and each application system has its own set of data standards, which can not realize data sharing, and so on. To a certain extent, the problems faced by university informatization, such as no consistent information portal, no consistent identity authentication and "information island", have been solved, and the unified data standards, single sign-on, consistent identity authentication and shared data have been realized, which can basically meet the needs of campus informatization. The information management system of this paper is designed and completed based on. Net technology. The database is designed and developed from the requirements of admission office, finance office, dormitory administrator, student status administrator, secondary colleges and other five groups of objects, including admission and check-in management, financial payment management, dormitory management, as the research background and starting point, using SQL SERVER, and combining with the management process and practical problems of Nanchang Institute of Technology. There are more than 30 modules in four subsystems, such as student status management, and the interactive use of ordinary spreadsheet and database table is realized, which reduces the difficulty of using the operator, improves the convenience of operation, effectively improves the work efficiency, and introduces the design concept, overall structure, overall goal and information system implementation scheme of the integrated campus integrated management platform. Based on this, the integrated management system adopts the standard data format, as the basic data source of campus big data, unifies the existing educational administration, student, card, library, access control, Internet access behavior and other business systems and hardware equipment (data collection) to make the data "live", which can do more data prediction and evaluation analysis for campus teachers and students. The system mainly provides the data source support of the basic service for the first phase of the students' comprehensive early warning on campus, and has done the preliminary design and development work. Later, the system can be connected to other richer data source systems, which can further promote the development of teaching management and scientific research in the school. The design scheme of this project has certain research significance for the integration of early deployment application system, the formulation of data standard, the integrated management of campus and the realization of big data campus construction in private colleges and universities.
