基于大數據校園一體化管理系統(tǒng)的研究開發(fā)

【摘要】：《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》中指出的“教育信息化納入國家信息化發(fā)展整體戰(zhàn)略,超前部署教育信息網絡”的目標為高校信息化的發(fā)展指出了新的方向,近幾年,國內各高校按照教育部頒發(fā)的《教育信息化十年發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2011-2020年)》都建立了初步的數字化校園系統(tǒng),信息技術進一步的發(fā)展,將使高校、尤其是民辦高校的管理工作也向信息現代化邁進,大大的改變了高校管理的技術手段和方式。本課題通過分析國內校園信息一體化建設所存在的情況,以及現在已經產生的問題,根據我國教育信息化改革方向,在解決目前民辦高校信息化過程大量存在強烈共享需求的數據庫,以及各應用系統(tǒng)各為一攤,都有自己的一套數據標準,不能夠實現數據共享等,一定程度上解決了目前高校信息化面臨的沒有一致的信息門戶、沒有一致的身份認證和“信息孤島”等問題,實現了統(tǒng)一的數據標準、單點登錄、一致身份認證及共享的數據,基本能夠滿足校園信息化需求。本文的信息管理系統(tǒng)是基于.NET技術設計完成的,數據庫使用SQL SERVER,再結合南昌理工學院管理工作的過程和實際問題,作為研究背景及出發(fā)點,從招生辦、財務處、宿舍管理員、學籍管理員、各二級學院等5類群體對象的需求進行設計開發(fā),包括錄取報到管理、財務繳費管理、宿舍管理、學籍管理等4個子系統(tǒng)30多個模塊,并且實現以普通電子表格和數據庫表格的交互使用,降低操作者的使用難度,提高操作的便捷性,有效地提升工作效率,介紹一體化校園綜合管理平臺的設計理念、整體架構、總體目標以及信息系統(tǒng)實施方案�；诖碎_發(fā)的一體化管理系統(tǒng),采用了標準數據格式,作為校園大數據的基礎數據源,聯(lián)合校園內現有的教務,學工,一卡通,圖書館,門禁,上網行為等業(yè)務系統(tǒng)及硬件設備(數據采集),讓數據“活”用起來,可以為校園的師生做好更多的數據預測評估分析;該系統(tǒng)主要為校園一期的學生綜合預警提供基礎服務的數據源支撐,并做了初步的設計及開發(fā)工作,后期接入其他更豐富的數據源系統(tǒng),可以為校內的教學管理及科研發(fā)展帶來進一步促進作用。本項目的設計方案對民辦高校早期部署的應用系統(tǒng)的集成、數據標準的制定、校園一體化管理、大數據校園建設的實現有一定的研究意義。
[Abstract]:The goal of "Education Informatization into the overall Strategy of National Informatization Development", pointed out in the outline of National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010 / 2020), points out a new direction for the development of university informatization. In recent years, domestic colleges and universities have established a preliminary digital campus system in accordance with the Ten-year Development Plan for Educational Informatization issued by the Ministry of Education (2011-2020). The further development of information technology will make the management of colleges and universities, especially private colleges and universities, also move forward to the modernization of information, and greatly change the technical means and methods of university management. By analyzing the situation existing in the construction of campus information integration in China and the problems that have arisen now, according to the direction of education information reform in our country, there are a large number of databases with strong sharing demand in solving the information process of private colleges and universities, and each application system has its own set of data standards, which can not realize data sharing, and so on. To a certain extent, the problems faced by university informatization, such as no consistent information portal, no consistent identity authentication and "information island", have been solved, and the unified data standards, single sign-on, consistent identity authentication and shared data have been realized, which can basically meet the needs of campus informatization. The information management system of this paper is designed and completed based on. Net technology. The database is designed and developed from the requirements of admission office, finance office, dormitory administrator, student status administrator, secondary colleges and other five groups of objects, including admission and check-in management, financial payment management, dormitory management, as the research background and starting point, using SQL SERVER, and combining with the management process and practical problems of Nanchang Institute of Technology. There are more than 30 modules in four subsystems, such as student status management, and the interactive use of ordinary spreadsheet and database table is realized, which reduces the difficulty of using the operator, improves the convenience of operation, effectively improves the work efficiency, and introduces the design concept, overall structure, overall goal and information system implementation scheme of the integrated campus integrated management platform. Based on this, the integrated management system adopts the standard data format, as the basic data source of campus big data, unifies the existing educational administration, student, card, library, access control, Internet access behavior and other business systems and hardware equipment (data collection) to make the data "live", which can do more data prediction and evaluation analysis for campus teachers and students. The system mainly provides the data source support of the basic service for the first phase of the students' comprehensive early warning on campus, and has done the preliminary design and development work. Later, the system can be connected to other richer data source systems, which can further promote the development of teaching management and scientific research in the school. The design scheme of this project has certain research significance for the integration of early deployment application system, the formulation of data standard, the integrated management of campus and the realization of big data campus construction in private colleges and universities.
