基于引導濾波的單幅圖像自適應去霧算法

【摘要】:在霧、霾等天氣條件下,由于空氣中懸浮粒子的大氣散射作用導致獲得的戶外圖像嚴重降質(zhì)。針對該問題,提出一種單幅圖像自適應去霧算法。在分析大氣散耗函數(shù)特性的基礎(chǔ)上,利用引導濾波估計大氣散耗函數(shù),間接求得透射率,通過自適應選取閾值調(diào)整明亮區(qū)域透射率,改善復原圖像中的假彩色,并根據(jù)大氣散射模型恢復圖像。實驗結(jié)果表明,與傳統(tǒng)引導濾波算法和取固定閾值的算法相比,該算法獲得的去霧圖像近景更清晰,明亮區(qū)域恢復更自然,同時提高了運算速度。
[Abstract]:Under the weather conditions of fog, haze and so on, the outdoor images obtained are seriously degraded due to the atmospheric scattering of suspended particles in the air. In order to solve this problem, an adaptive fog removal algorithm for single image is proposed. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of atmospheric dissipation function, the atmospheric dissipation function is estimated by guided filtering, and the transmittance is obtained indirectly. The transmittance of bright region is adjusted by adaptive threshold selection, the false color in the restored image is improved, and the image is restored according to the atmospheric scattering model. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional guided filtering algorithm and the fixed threshold algorithm, the close range of the fog removal image obtained by this algorithm is clearer, the bright region recovery is more natural, and the operation speed is improved at the same time.
