統(tǒng)一車輛智能管理平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:時(shí)代的到來意味著工作效率的日漸提高,同時(shí)也給車輛管理部門帶來更大的壓力,車輛管理工作無一例外受到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度重視。隨著車輛資料價(jià)值的日漸提升,公司對(duì)車輛管理部門也提出了更高的要求,對(duì)車輛早已不限于“用好”,更多地要求“管好”!疤嵘囕v管理檔次,將車輛交給計(jì)算機(jī)管理”正在成為一種潮流。同時(shí),計(jì)算機(jī)管理突出優(yōu)勢(shì)也在影響車輛管理的機(jī)制,將紙質(zhì)車輛管理與電子車輛管理結(jié)合起來,可以大幅度降低車輛管理費(fèi)用。高效利用現(xiàn)有資源,對(duì)車輛統(tǒng)一調(diào)配,建設(shè)集管理、調(diào)度、生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)行、輔助決策于一體的統(tǒng)一車輛智能管理平臺(tái),全面支撐公司車輛運(yùn)營(yíng)管理體系行之必然。本課題根據(jù)公司需求,為實(shí)現(xiàn)公司車輛資源管理的全面統(tǒng)籌,我們通過采用B/S開發(fā)模式,構(gòu)建智能分析模型,展示車輛管理關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)、實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀態(tài)及經(jīng)營(yíng)成果,為后勤整體運(yùn)營(yíng)以及工作開展提供決策建議,使各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)能夠科學(xué)、有序的開展。本平臺(tái)在汽車定位上,綜合利用衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航和移動(dòng)4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行通信,實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛集中管理,通過此技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,不僅可對(duì)車輛的運(yùn)營(yíng)、油耗、事故、保養(yǎng)、維修、違章等一系列信息進(jìn)行查詢和跟蹤,而且還可以對(duì)車輛進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)定位、歷史軌跡回放等管理,極大程度促進(jìn)了管理人員對(duì)所擁有汽車狀況的了解,在車輛管理信息化和科學(xué)化上也起到了促進(jìn)作用,在節(jié)省人、財(cái)、物方面也有了很大的提升,此系統(tǒng)的建立,對(duì)提升工作效率有了很大的幫助,對(duì)促進(jìn)企業(yè)車輛管理規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化、人性化也起到了較強(qiáng)的作用。目前該平臺(tái)已順利完成并在公司持續(xù)運(yùn)行3個(gè)月以上,已實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)車輛資源統(tǒng)籌管理,對(duì)車輛資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置,并實(shí)現(xiàn)分析模型重構(gòu),對(duì)車輛使用環(huán)節(jié)管理關(guān)鍵性能指標(biāo)、實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀態(tài)和經(jīng)營(yíng)成果進(jìn)行展示,使各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)能夠科學(xué)、有序的開展。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the times means the increasing efficiency of the work, but also brings greater pressure to the vehicle management department, vehicle management work without exception has been highly valued by the leaders. With the increasing value of vehicle data, the company has also put forward higher requirements for vehicle management departments, the vehicle is no longer limited to "good use", more requirements for "good management". Upgrading vehicle management and handing over vehicles to computer management is becoming a trend. At the same time, the outstanding advantages of computer management are also affecting the mechanism of vehicle management. Combining paper vehicle management with electronic vehicle management can greatly reduce the vehicle management cost. Using the existing resources efficiently, it is necessary to construct a unified vehicle intelligent management platform which integrates management, scheduling, production, operation and auxiliary decision making, and supports the vehicle operation and management system of the company in an all-round way. According to the needs of the company, in order to realize the overall planning of vehicle resource management, we construct an intelligent analysis model by using B / S development model, display the key business indicators of vehicle management, real-time operation status and operating results, and provide decision-making suggestions for the overall operation and work of logistics, so that all kinds of business can be carried out scientifically and orderly. In automobile positioning, the platform makes comprehensive use of satellite navigation and mobile 4G network for communication to realize centralized vehicle management. Through the application of this technology, it can not only query and track a series of information such as vehicle operation, fuel consumption, accident, maintenance, repair, violation and so on, but also can carry on real-time positioning, historical track playback and so on. To a great extent, it has promoted the understanding of the status of the vehicles owned by the managers, played a role in promoting the informationization and scientization of vehicle management, and has also greatly improved in saving people, money and materials. the establishment of this system has been of great help to the improvement of work efficiency, and has also played a strong role in promoting the standardization, scientization and humanization of vehicle management in enterprises. At present, the platform has been successfully completed and continued to run in the company for more than 3 months. It has realized the overall management of vehicle resources, optimized the allocation of vehicle resources, and realized the reconstruction of the analysis model, the key performance indicators of vehicle use link management, real-time operation status and operating results, so that all kinds of business can be carried out scientifically and orderly.
