基于Zynq-7000高清視頻采集處理系統(tǒng)Linux移植與應(yīng)用程序設(shè)計

【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)技術(shù)的不斷進步,機器視覺應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,同時,工業(yè)應(yīng)用對視頻分辨率、圖像處理速度和處理精度要求不斷提高。后PC時代,嵌入式機器視覺成為了機器視覺領(lǐng)域的研究熱點,它集視頻圖像采集、處理、分析、傳輸?shù)裙δ苡谝惑w,并且具有高性能、低功耗、小型化等特點,其在許多行業(yè)都有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。本論文重點研究了嵌入式機器視覺的核心——高清視頻采集處理系統(tǒng),探討了基于Zynq-7000平臺的高清視頻采集處理系統(tǒng)Linux移植、視頻處理IP核驅(qū)動設(shè)計、硬件加速字符識別處理等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。首先深入分析Zynq-7000平臺“FPGA+ARM”的基礎(chǔ)特性,描述了高清視頻采集處理的整體框架,實現(xiàn)了高清CMOS圖像采集、FPGA上圖像預(yù)處理、以及視頻圖像的緩存。然后在ARM上移植嵌入式系統(tǒng),移植包括U-Boot移植、Linux內(nèi)核移植、Ramdisk文件系統(tǒng)移植、OpenCV函數(shù)庫移植和設(shè)備樹設(shè)計。同時在深入理解Linux驅(qū)動程序與硬件IP核的關(guān)系、V4L2設(shè)備驅(qū)動框架及API使用的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了視頻IP核的驅(qū)動程序。在應(yīng)用層設(shè)計了基于V4L2框架的視頻流采集傳輸控制程序,實現(xiàn)了字符識別軟硬件協(xié)同處理。通過對高清視頻采集處理系統(tǒng)進行實際測試,該系統(tǒng)采集高清視頻圖像流暢、清晰,能實現(xiàn)字符識別的實時處理,處理結(jié)果疊加在視頻圖像上并通過HDMI屏幕顯示出來。此系統(tǒng)采用“FPGA+ARM”的軟硬件協(xié)同方式構(gòu)建高清視頻采集處理系統(tǒng)運算速度快、圖像識別算法可擴展集成度高,具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of modern manufacturing technology, machine vision is more and more widely used. At the same time, industrial applications require more and more video resolution, image processing speed and processing accuracy. In the post-PC era, embedded machine vision has become a research focus in the field of machine vision. It integrates video image acquisition, processing, analysis, transmission and other functions, and has the characteristics of high performance, low power consumption, miniaturization and so on. It has a wide range of application prospects in many industries. In this paper, the core of embedded machine vision, HD video capture and processing system, is studied, and the key technologies such as Linux transplantation of HD video capture and processing system based on Zynq-7000 platform, IP core driver design of video processing, hardware accelerated character recognition and processing are discussed. Firstly, the basic characteristics of Zynq-7000 platform "FPGA ARM" are deeply analyzed, the overall framework of HD video capture and processing is described, and the high definition CMOS image acquisition, image preprocessing on FPGA and video image cache are realized. Then the embedded system is ported on ARM, including U-Boot migration, Linux kernel migration, Ramdisk file system migration, OpenCV function library migration and device tree design. At the same time, on the basis of deeply understanding the relationship between Linux driver and hardware IP core, V4L2 device driver framework and the use of API, the driver of video IP core is designed. A video stream acquisition and transmission control program based on V4L2 framework is designed in the application layer, and the hardware and software co-processing of character recognition is realized. Through the actual test of the high-definition video acquisition and processing system, the high-definition video image collected by the system is smooth and clear, and can realize the real-time processing of character recognition. the processing results are superimposed on the video image and displayed on the HDMI screen. This system adopts the hardware and software co-mode of "FPGA ARM" to construct HD video capture and processing system with fast operation speed and high extensible integration of image recognition algorithm, so it has certain engineering application value.
