【摘要】：不確定性的出現(xiàn)使傳統(tǒng)算法無法直接用于聚類不確定數(shù)據(jù)流。該文提出一種不確定數(shù)據(jù)流環(huán)境下基于密度的聚類算法,其中提出不確定度的概念以衡量不確定數(shù)據(jù)的分布信息,并在改進(jìn)面向確定數(shù)據(jù)的聚類算法DENCLUE的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種可處理數(shù)據(jù)不確定度的UDENCLUE算法,以降低數(shù)據(jù)的不確定性對聚類結(jié)果產(chǎn)生的影響;提出滑動(dòng)窗口下基于密度的不確定數(shù)據(jù)流聚類算法USDENCLUE,通過聚類特征指數(shù)直方圖技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速剪枝,可以高效處理噪音數(shù)據(jù)、演化數(shù)據(jù)流并生成任意形狀的簇;采用真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)集及人工合成數(shù)據(jù)集對USDENCLUE與CluStream聚類算法進(jìn)行比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明了所提出算法的高效性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of uncertainty, the traditional algorithm can not be directly used to cluster uncertain data streams. In this paper, a density-based clustering algorithm in uncertain data flow environment is proposed, in which the concept of uncertainty is proposed to measure the distribution information of uncertain data, and on the basis of improving the clustering algorithm DENCLUE for deterministic data, In order to reduce the influence of data uncertainty on clustering results, a UDENCLUE algorithm is proposed, which can deal with the uncertainty of data. A density-based uncertain data stream clustering algorithm USDENCLUE, based on sliding window is proposed to realize fast pruning by clustering feature index histogram technique, which can process noise data efficiently, evolve data stream and generate clusters of arbitrary shape. The real data set and the synthetic data set are used to compare the USDENCLUE clustering algorithm with the CluStream clustering algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is efficient and effective.
