【摘要】：當(dāng)今移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)高速發(fā)展,以手機(jī)、平板電腦為代表的智能移動(dòng)終端大量普及,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及產(chǎn)品極大地改變了人們的生活�；谝苿�(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)研究方興未艾,并已成為當(dāng)今設(shè)計(jì)研究界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。手機(jī)軟件應(yīng)用是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)最主要的表現(xiàn)載體,針對(duì)手機(jī)軟件應(yīng)用程序進(jìn)行的用戶體驗(yàn)研究是該領(lǐng)域服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)研究的核心。本文以服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)理念為指導(dǎo)和發(fā)生點(diǎn),對(duì)校園就業(yè)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)這一手機(jī)軟件應(yīng)用開展研究。首先對(duì)當(dāng)前信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的研究思路和研究成果進(jìn)行綜述,而后以服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ)支撐理論展開研究,從用戶特征、用戶體驗(yàn)等角度出發(fā),對(duì)服務(wù)于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的校園就業(yè)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)研究。在對(duì)用戶特征進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,首先架構(gòu)起服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)框架,確立合理的設(shè)計(jì)切入角度和服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)流程,繪制服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)藍(lán)圖,并將理論研究的成果應(yīng)用到實(shí)際的APP設(shè)計(jì)中,得出一套能夠滿足移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代大學(xué)生用戶信息獲取習(xí)慣的移動(dòng)端信息服務(wù)類產(chǎn)品。最后通過對(duì)用戶使用過程中的體驗(yàn)反饋信息進(jìn)行調(diào)研整理,對(duì)本研究的合理性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of mobile Internet, intelligent mobile terminals represented by mobile phones and tablets are widely used. Mobile Internet and products have greatly changed people's lives. The research of product and service design based on mobile Internet is in the ascendant, and has become the focus of attention in the field of design research. Mobile phone software application is the most important expression carrier of mobile Internet service. The research of user experience for mobile software application program is the core of service design in this field. Based on the concept of service design, this paper studies the application of campus employment information service system, a mobile phone software. First of all, this paper summarizes the research ideas and research results of the current information service system, and then studies the service design based on the theory of support, from the perspective of user characteristics, user experience and so on. The product and service design of campus employment service system for contemporary college students is studied. On the basis of in-depth analysis of user characteristics, firstly, the service design framework is constructed, the reasonable design angle and service design flow are established, the service design blueprint is drawn, and the theoretical research results are applied to the actual APP design. A set of mobile information service products which can meet the information acquisition habits of college students in the era of mobile Internet are obtained. Finally, the rationality of this study is verified by investigating and sorting out the experience feedback information in the process of user use.
