【摘要】：社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下用戶個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)的合理使用和保護(hù)面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。文章在分析基于"被遺忘權(quán)"的個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建基于"被遺忘權(quán)"的第三方個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)管平臺(tái)。該平臺(tái)能實(shí)現(xiàn)對個(gè)人數(shù)據(jù)的流向查詢、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)管、數(shù)據(jù)泄露風(fēng)險(xiǎn)警告等功能。
[Abstract]:The rational use and protection of users' personal data in the social network environment is facing severe challenges. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the protection of personal data based on the right to be forgotten, this paper constructs a third party personal data supervision platform based on the right to be forgotten. The platform can realize the functions of personal data flow query, real-time supervision, data disclosure risk warning and so on.
