【摘要】：針對天津煤炭銷售中心的自動化辦公需求,論文采用面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)手段,把軟件工程的相關(guān)理論和辦公自動化的相關(guān)理論作為指導(dǎo)思想,通過UML技術(shù)來進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)需求分析和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,采用.NET技術(shù)開發(fā)了一套OA系統(tǒng),以提高該銷售中心辦公的信息化水平,實現(xiàn)各類資源的充分整合和有效利用,從而達(dá)到管理制度化和業(yè)務(wù)流程化。本文首先分析了辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的研究背景及意義,通過可行性分析確定了系統(tǒng)的可實現(xiàn)性,討論了天津煤炭銷售中心在辦公自動化方面的功能需求,確定系統(tǒng)使用三層體系架構(gòu)并采用.NET技術(shù)來進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)。其次,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)功能需求分析,從而確定系統(tǒng)具有四個功能模塊和二十一個功能。再次,在確定的設(shè)計原則和設(shè)計目標(biāo)下,通過E-R圖描述了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)并給出了部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)表。最后,詳細(xì)地介紹了系統(tǒng)四個功能模塊的實現(xiàn),并給出了相應(yīng)的功能頁面。此外,還對系統(tǒng)測試進(jìn)行了功能測試,測試表明,系統(tǒng)功能正常,能夠較好地滿足天津煤炭銷售中心的自動化辦公需求。系統(tǒng)分為四個模塊,即個人郵箱模塊、個人事務(wù)模塊、辦公信息模塊、公共信息模塊。而本人作為系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)者,主要完成了資料的搜集、系統(tǒng)需求分析、總體設(shè)計、功能模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)測試與糾錯。
