高速公路ETC車道交易成功率分析系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)不停車收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)是目前世界上最先進(jìn)的路橋收費(fèi)方式。通過安裝在車輛擋風(fēng)玻璃上的車載電子標(biāo)簽與在收費(fèi)站ETC車道上的微波天線之間的微波專用短程通訊,利用計(jì)算機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)與銀行進(jìn)行后臺(tái)結(jié)算處理,從而達(dá)到車輛通過路橋收費(fèi)站不需要停車就能交納路橋費(fèi)的目的。2015年全國ETC聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程順利完成,ETC用戶程幾何增長,ETC車道通行壓力陡增,提高ETC車道通行效率勢在必行。針對(duì)這一問題,論文調(diào)查研究了ETC車道中存在的問題,分析并整理分類影響ETC車道交易成功率的因素,研發(fā)了高速公路ETC車道交易成功率分析系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)對(duì)各高速公路路段公司的現(xiàn)有ETC車道數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行挖掘,分析出各路段ETC車道存在的問題,各高速公路路段公司從而可依據(jù)此分析結(jié)果及時(shí)整改,對(duì)緩解高速公路ETC車道通行壓力,提高ETC用戶體驗(yàn)度,大力發(fā)展ETC起到良好作用。系統(tǒng)選用C/S的三層架構(gòu)技術(shù)作為基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu),采用VS2008作為開發(fā)環(huán)境,選用Oracle 10g作為數(shù)據(jù)庫,完成各項(xiàng)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) non-stop charging system is the most advanced way of toll collection for roads and bridges in the world at present. Through the short-range communication between the on-board electronic label installed on the windshield of the vehicle and the microwave antenna on the ETC lane of the toll station, the background settlement processing is carried out with the bank by using the computer networking technology. In order to achieve the purpose that vehicles can pay road and bridge fees through road and bridge toll stations without stopping. In 2015, the national ETC networking project was successfully completed, ETC user distance geometry increased, ETC lane traffic pressure increased sharply, it is imperative to improve the efficiency of ETC lanes. In order to solve this problem, this paper investigates and studies the problems existing in ETC lane, analyzes and classifies the factors that affect the success rate of ETC lane transaction, and develops a highway ETC lane transaction success rate analysis system. The system excavates the existing ETC lane data of each highway section company, and analyzes the problems existing in the ETC lane of each section, so that each highway section company can correct and reform it in time according to the results of this analysis. It plays a good role in alleviating the traffic pressure of ETC lane, improving the experience degree of ETC users and developing ETC. The system selects the three-tier architecture technology of C / S as the infrastructure, VS2008 as the development environment and Oracle 10g as the database to complete the design and implementation of each functional module.
