【摘要】：HD軟件公司作為一家中小型軟件企業(yè),自1996年成立至今,先后經(jīng)歷了系統(tǒng)集成業(yè)務(wù)的高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,積累了豐富的行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和原始資本。自2010年開(kāi)始,投入了大量的精力開(kāi)始向正處于發(fā)展熱潮階段的SAAS軟件進(jìn)軍,經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的研發(fā),產(chǎn)品已逐漸成型并投入市場(chǎng)。目前正處于轉(zhuǎn)型階段,如何調(diào)整公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,有效利用有限的資源,確保公司轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展順利進(jìn)行并獲得相應(yīng)的市場(chǎng)份額,是本文研究的重要問(wèn)題。本文首先對(duì)HD軟件公司的基本情況、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)與產(chǎn)品、組織形式和人力資源、技術(shù)水平、管理能力、市場(chǎng)用戶、財(cái)務(wù)狀況以及現(xiàn)階段面臨的問(wèn)題等方面分析公司的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀,然后分別運(yùn)用PEST方法對(duì)現(xiàn)階段所處的宏觀環(huán)境分析、波特的五力模型對(duì)所處的行業(yè)環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析、波士頓矩陣對(duì)公司內(nèi)部資源和能力進(jìn)行分析、以及運(yùn)用SWOT分析和SWOT矩陣對(duì)公司內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)劣勢(shì)和外部機(jī)遇威脅進(jìn)行分析。進(jìn)而根據(jù)上述分析的結(jié)果,提出了HD公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃和實(shí)施要點(diǎn),確立了HD軟件公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,明確了公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,并且從公司市場(chǎng)定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)、技術(shù)、服務(wù)、經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、管理能力、人才培養(yǎng)和人力資源管理等方面提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,為公司制定戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供依據(jù),以及為具有同等規(guī)模狀況的企業(yè)在制定戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃是提供案例資料。
[Abstract]:As a small and medium-sized software enterprise, HD Software Company has experienced a period of rapid development of system integration business since its establishment in 1996, and has accumulated a wealth of industry experience and original capital. Since 2010, a great deal of energy has been invested in the development of SAAS software. After several years of research and development, the products have been gradually formed and put into the market. At present, how to adjust the company's strategic planning and make effective use of the limited resources to ensure the smooth transformation and development of the company and obtain the corresponding market share is an important issue in this paper. In this paper, the basic situation of HD Software Company, the main business and products, organizational form and human resources, technical level, management ability, market users, The financial situation and the problems faced at the present stage are analyzed in terms of the development process and current situation of the company, and then the macro-environment analysis of the current stage is carried out by using the PEST method. Porter's five-force model analyzes the industry environment and competition structure, Boston matrix analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of the company, and uses SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses and the threat of external opportunities. Based on the results of the above analysis, the strategic development planning and implementation points of HD Company are put forward, the development strategy of HD Software Company is established, the business development plan of the company is defined, and the company's market orientation, development goal, technology, service, and so on, are defined. Management model, management ability, talent training and human resources management to provide the basis for the company to formulate the strategic development plan, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide the basis for the company to formulate the strategic development plan. As well as for the same size of enterprises in the formulation of strategic development planning is to provide case information.
