【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和Internet的普及,運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的管理信息系統(tǒng)(MSI)及軟件開發(fā)平臺(tái),對(duì)信息進(jìn)行科學(xué)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理,已經(jīng)成為高校信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。目前,幾乎所有高校都已經(jīng)建立了針對(duì)日常職能工作的管理信息系統(tǒng),然而,這些系統(tǒng)之功能只實(shí)現(xiàn)了高校一般工作的管理,對(duì)于部分負(fù)責(zé)的工作還需要依靠人力來完成,例如自動(dòng)排課、試卷編寫等。本文對(duì)智慧高校綜合管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),首先對(duì)研究課題的背景以及國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并介紹了本文的研究內(nèi)容和意義;接著對(duì)系統(tǒng)使用到的相關(guān)技術(shù)包括WEB技術(shù)、ASP.NET技術(shù)、B/S模式、SQLServer2008等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述;然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體需求、功能需求、性能需求進(jìn)行了分析;接下來介紹了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)包括系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)各功能模塊、系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì);然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體實(shí)現(xiàn)和各模塊的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了介紹;在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)之后進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試,介紹了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的原理、軟件測(cè)試、測(cè)試用例和測(cè)試的結(jié)果;最后總結(jié)了本文的研究結(jié)論和不足之處并對(duì)系統(tǒng)未來的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。本系統(tǒng)具有以下特色:(1)采用ASP.NET+SQL Server的先進(jìn)開發(fā)模式。(2)實(shí)現(xiàn)了課程的自動(dòng)編排、考務(wù)的網(wǎng)上管理、自動(dòng)組卷等功能。(3)滿足了各級(jí)用戶信息獲取的要求。(4)系統(tǒng)具有較高的安全性。在校園內(nèi)網(wǎng)和外網(wǎng)之間設(shè)置了防火墻,并且在系統(tǒng)中運(yùn)用了數(shù)據(jù)安全傳輸組件、數(shù)據(jù)加密組件等。(5)系統(tǒng)頁面友好,操作方便,只需瀏覽器即可訪問系統(tǒng)。本文針對(duì)高校院系級(jí)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理的需要,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)智慧高校綜合管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用完善的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò),建立一個(gè)集B/S結(jié)構(gòu)和先進(jìn)的ASP.NET技術(shù)為一體,涉及院系級(jí)行政、教學(xué)、科研和學(xué)生工作等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),具有多層次用戶的、安全的網(wǎng)上辦公綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of computer network and Internet, the application of advanced management information system (MSI) and software development platform to scientific and networked management of information has become the development trend of information system in colleges and universities. At present, almost all colleges and universities have set up management information systems for daily function work, however, the functions of these systems only realize the management of general work in colleges and universities, and for some of the responsible work, they need to rely on manpower to complete the work. For example, auto-scheduling, test paper writing, and so on. This article has carried on the design and the realization to the wisdom university comprehensive management system, first has carried on the analysis to the research topic background and the domestic and foreign present situation, and has introduced this article research content and the significance; Then the related technologies used in the system are described in detail, including WEB technology, ASP.NET technology, Bass mode, SQLServer2008 and so on, and then the overall requirements, functional requirements and performance requirements of the system are analyzed. Then it introduces the system design including system architecture design, network structure design, system function modules, system database design, and then introduces the overall implementation of the system and the design of each module. After the implementation of the system, the system testing is carried out, the principle of system testing, software testing, test cases and test results are introduced. Finally, the research conclusions and shortcomings of this paper are summarized and the future development of the system is prospected. The system has the following characteristics: (1) adopt the advanced development mode of ASP.NET SQL Server. (2) realize the automatic arrangement of the course and the management of the examination service on the net. (3) meet the requirements of user information acquisition at all levels. (4) the system has high security. A firewall is set up between the campus network and the external network, and the data security transmission component and data encryption component are used in the system. (5) the system is friendly in page and convenient in operation, and can be accessed by only a browser. In this paper, an intelligent comprehensive management system of colleges and universities is constructed to meet the needs of information network management at the level of colleges and departments. The system uses a perfect campus network to establish a set of BES structure and advanced ASP.NET technology as a whole, involving department-level administration, teaching, scientific research and student work and other links, with multi-level users, Safe on-line office comprehensive management information system.
