基于Revit的鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)信息提取研究
[Abstract]:The extraction of engineering calculation quantity is an important link of construction project based on BIM. The existing calculation software (such as Guanglianda, Luban) can import the calculation amount to the current commonly used modeling software Revit model under its platform. Revit, as one of the most widely used BIM software in China at present, has very high precision in extracting engineering quantity, because some model data may be lost and the names of transformation models and components are strictly required, so the applicability of revit is poor. However, its volume deduction rules and parts list function can not meet the requirements of the GB50500-2013_ bill of quantities valuation code. In order to localize the extraction of engineering quantity based on Revit platform and avoid using the second modeling of third-party software, this paper refers to Revit API interface to develop plug-in with C # programming language through Visual studio2012 development tool, and establishes the BIM budget model under Revit platform. The plug-in is used to reset the volume deduction rules of the model component, code the component, calculate and export the bill of quantities file, and realize the rapid and accurate extraction of the model quantity. The feasibility of localization of engineering quantity extraction based on Revit platform is verified, and the efficiency and precision of engineering quantity calculation are improved, the material waste is reduced, and the management cost and budget risk are reduced. At present, many steel bar sub-projects in construction units no longer adopt outsourcing mode but adopt self-cutting method, but face the problem of lack of relevant personnel for steel bar cutting. It has become one of the key problems to be solved by construction units to study a method of cutting steel bar which can save manpower and material cost. In this paper, we study an improved genetic algorithm and Revit API interface to solve the problem of steel bar cutting optimization, create the steel bar model under the Revit platform, and run plug-in to quickly calculate the cutting method of steel bar. The advantage of this method is that it can avoid a lot of redundancy and infeasible solution to calculate the cutting mode of each raw steel bar under the condition of approaching the optimal solution (the highest utilization rate of steel bar), and make the residual material of steel bar longest, which greatly improves the utilization rate of steel bar. It is of great significance in the cost management of engineering construction.
