【摘要】：企事業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的活動(dòng)中,需要簽訂各種各樣的合同。隨著合同數(shù)量不斷的增多,對合同進(jìn)行科學(xué)的管理已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前企事業(yè)必須要解決的問題。本文所在的昌吉發(fā)改委在合同管理方面還是延續(xù)著手工的管理方式,在合同的查詢、保存等方面都存在著很多的弊端。本文使用功能用例圖、功能模塊框圖、程序流程圖、數(shù)據(jù)庫的實(shí)體屬性圖以及數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)等方式,對系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行了介紹。本文重點(diǎn)對合同的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了描述,在此基礎(chǔ)上使用功能用例圖的方式描述了系統(tǒng)的功能需求過程,同時(shí)對系統(tǒng)的非功能性需求方面也進(jìn)行了說明。在完成功能設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,對系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)功能被分為個(gè)人工作助理、合同準(zhǔn)備、合同訂立、合同履行、合同終結(jié)、查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)管理模塊等。此外,還通過數(shù)據(jù)庫的實(shí)體屬性圖以及數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)的方式對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。通過關(guān)鍵界面、代碼的方式對系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程進(jìn)行了清晰的描述。根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際需要,使用黑盒測試的方法對系統(tǒng)的功能性進(jìn)行了全面的測試,對測試階段所做工作和測試結(jié)論做出了分析和總結(jié)。系統(tǒng)在單位進(jìn)行了初步的試運(yùn)行,從用戶反饋的結(jié)果來看,系統(tǒng)簡化了日常合同管理工作中的一些業(yè)務(wù)流程。顯著提高了合同管理工作者的工作效率。
[Abstract]:In the activities of production and management, enterprises need to sign various contracts. With the increasing number of contracts, scientific management of contracts has become a problem that enterprises must solve. In the aspect of contract management, Changji Development and Reform Commission in this paper still continues manual management, there are many drawbacks in the aspects of contract inquiry, preservation and so on. In this paper, the design process of the system is introduced by means of function use case diagram, functional module block diagram, program flow chart, entity attribute diagram of database and database table structure, etc. This paper focuses on the description of the business process of the contract, on the basis of which, the functional requirement process of the system is described by using the function use case diagram, and the non-functional requirements of the system are also explained. On the basis of completing the function design, the system architecture and the function module of the system are designed in detail. System functions are divided into personal work assistants, contract preparation, contract formation, contract execution, contract termination, query statistics and system management modules. In addition, the design part of the system database is designed in detail through the entity attribute diagram of the database and the structure of the database table. The implementation process of the system is described clearly through the key interface and code. According to the actual needs of users, the black box testing method is used to test the functionality of the system in an all-round way, and the work done in the testing phase and the test conclusion are analyzed and summarized. A preliminary trial run of the system is carried out in the unit. According to the results of user feedback, the system simplifies some business processes in the daily contract management work. Significantly improve the efficiency of contract management workers.
