【摘要】：為突破礦井工人指紋定位中1維模型在定位精度上的局限性,該文提出一種礦井工人2維指紋定位數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)構(gòu)建算法,并通過(guò)SVR-Kriging插值法解決因2維模型帶來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù)采集工作量大的問(wèn)題。首先,通過(guò)高斯濾波對(duì)采集的采樣點(diǎn)位置指紋信息進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,并利用支持向量回歸由采樣點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合變異函數(shù)。然后采用Kriging插值法補(bǔ)全2維網(wǎng)格劃分中的未采樣區(qū)域的位置指紋信息。最后綜合采樣點(diǎn)與插值點(diǎn)的位置指紋信息建立礦井工人指紋信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),為后續(xù)礦井工人指紋定位奠定基礎(chǔ)。仿真結(jié)果表明,該文算法在減少數(shù)據(jù)采集工作量的同時(shí)保證了算法的可行性與有效性,且在進(jìn)行位置指紋定位時(shí)能夠保證較高的精度。
[Abstract]:In order to break through the limitation of 1-D model in location accuracy of mine workers' fingerprint, this paper presents an algorithm for constructing 2-D fingerprint location database of mine workers. SVR-Kriging interpolation method is used to solve the problem of large data collection workload caused by 2-D model. Firstly, the position fingerprint information of sampling points is pre-processed by Gaussian filtering, and the variance function is fitted by support vector regression (SVR) from sampling point data. Then the Kriging interpolation method is used to complete the position fingerprint information of the unsampled area in the 2-D mesh generation. Finally, the database of mine workers' fingerprint information is established by integrating the location fingerprint information of sampling point and interpolation point, which lays a foundation for the subsequent location of mine worker's fingerprint. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm not only reduces the workload of data collection but also ensures the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm, and the accuracy of location fingerprint location can be guaranteed.
