【摘要】：微博情感分析是社交媒體挖掘中的重要任務(wù)之一,在個(gè)性化推薦、輿情分析等方面具有重要的理論和應(yīng)用價(jià)值.挖掘性能良好且可同步進(jìn)行文檔主題分析與情感分析的主題情感模型,近年來在以微博為代表的社交媒體情感分析中備受關(guān)注.然而,絕大多數(shù)現(xiàn)有主題情感模型都只簡單地假設(shè)不同微博的情感極性是互相獨(dú)立的,這與微博生態(tài)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況不相一致,從而導(dǎo)致這些模型無法對(duì)用戶的真實(shí)情感進(jìn)行有效建模.基于此,綜合考慮了微博用戶相互關(guān)聯(lián)的事實(shí),提出了基于LDA和微博用戶關(guān)系的主題情感模型SRTSM(social relation topic sentiment model).該模型在LDA中加入情感層與微博用戶關(guān)系參數(shù),利用微博用戶關(guān)系與微博主題學(xué)習(xí)微博的情感極性.針對(duì)新浪微博真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)集上的大量實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:與代表性算法JST,Sentiment-LDA及DPLDA相比較,SRTSM模型能夠?qū)τ脩粽鎸?shí)情感與討論主題進(jìn)行更加有效的分析建模.
[Abstract]:Weibo emotional analysis is one of the important tasks in social media mining. It has important theoretical and applied value in personalized recommendation and public opinion analysis. The thematic affective model, which has good performance and can be used synchronously for document thematic analysis and affective analysis, has attracted much attention in recent years in social media affective analysis represented by Weibo. However, most of the existing thematic affective models simply assume that the emotional polarity of different Weibo is independent of each other, which is not consistent with the reality of Weibo ecology. As a result, these models can not effectively model the real feelings of users. Based on the fact that Weibo users are related to each other, a thematic affective model based on the user relationship between SRTSM (social relation topic sentiment model). And SRTSM (social relation topic sentiment model). Is proposed. In this model, emotional layer and Weibo user relationship parameters are added to the model, and Weibo user relationship and Weibo theme are used to learn the emotional polarity of Weibo. A large number of experimental results on the real data set of Sina Weibo show that compared with the representative algorithms JST,Sentiment-LDA and DPLDA, the SRTSM model can be used to analyze and model the real feelings of users and the topic of discussion more effectively.
