人力資源外包服務平臺的設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Human resource service outsourcing (Human Resource Process Outsourcing) means that enterprises and institutions entrust all or part of the work in human resource affairs to the professional organization of human resources service in order to reduce the cost of manpower and realize the maximization of their own benefits. Outsourcing professional service providers are mainly for customer units to act as human resources management department. Human resource outsourcing service providers can manage personnel work instead of enterprises and institutions, and can control personnel more professionally, so that the human departments of customer units can avoid a lot of complicated affairs, and greatly increase the work efficiency of customer units. Reduce the personnel cost of the customer unit. The talent market of Hebei Province is an outsourcing service provider that provides professional solutions to all human resources for all enterprises and institutions in Hebei Province. So far, Hebei Province has more than 3000 customers in the talent market, and the number of employees in the management of customer companies has reached one hundred and thirty thousand. Hebei Province talent market is responsible for providing clients with a number of human resources outsourcing professional services. At present, the level of human resources management in Hebei Province is still relatively backward, outsourcing service platform is also relatively simple, can not meet the needs of customer units. In order to meet the needs of outsourcing service providers who provide professional solutions for all human resources in Hebei Province, this project designed a more extensive, integrated multi-service function, A one-stop human resource management outsourcing service platform system for customer units to flexibly select service items. This platform mainly serves the talent market of Hebei Province. This platform system is based on Web technology. Net technology and adopts Browser/Server (BES) architecture and HTML5 specification. It is a multi-function human resource outsourcing service platform. This platform system can provide a variety of optional function services for enterprise personnel department managers, including customer company employee information management, employee attendance service, employee performance service, personnel compensation service, personnel recruitment service, etc. Personnel report management and other functions. The human resource service outsourcing platform constructed in this paper can make many enterprises choose service projects flexibly according to their different functional needs, and achieve the goal of realizing the selectable personalized enterprise human resources service through a platform. To meet the requirements of a variety of enterprises for human resources systems. After the development of the system, the functional modules of the system are tested and accepted. The results accord with the expected goal of the planning, meet the needs of the customers, and reach the standard of normal use. It provides a one-stop human resource outsourcing service platform for clients to choose flexibly for the talent market of Hebei Province.
