基于中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)的俄羅斯電子商務(wù)發(fā)展問題研究

【摘要】:由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展及國際貿(mào)易完善,電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展是現(xiàn)代世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的特征。目前,中國和俄羅斯貿(mào)易合作不斷加強(qiáng),尤其在電子商務(wù)的方面上,中俄電子商務(wù)合作越來越密切。鑒于中國電子商務(wù)市場(chǎng)屬于熟悉和比較完善的發(fā)展階段,俄羅斯政府和商家依靠中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)試圖解決俄羅斯電商市場(chǎng)上存在的問題。2014年開始,中國巨頭電商公司進(jìn)入了俄羅斯市場(chǎng),促進(jìn)對(duì)俄羅斯整個(gè)電商市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展?墒氰b于俄羅斯電子商務(wù)屬于初步階段,還有經(jīng)濟(jì)受到西方國家制裁后,國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷等因素影響下,經(jīng)濟(jì)中電子商務(wù)也受到了一定的沖擊。由于在全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中,中國電商市場(chǎng)已占據(jù)首位,俄羅斯加快實(shí)施“向中國看”戰(zhàn)略的步伐。目前,中國網(wǎng)購和手機(jī)網(wǎng)購用戶不斷增加,電子商務(wù)物流和支付系統(tǒng)成熟;阿里巴巴巨頭的促進(jìn)增長;政府鼓勵(lì)和支持政策;大力發(fā)展跨境電商,和農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,讓俄羅斯不斷吸取和借鑒中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文闡述了電子商務(wù)的相關(guān)理論及發(fā)展概述,包括電子商務(wù)的概念及發(fā)展歷程,電子商務(wù)的分類,特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì),電子商務(wù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域及產(chǎn)生的的影響。研究俄羅斯電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,包括俄羅斯互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,案例分析俄羅斯電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,俄羅斯電子商務(wù)存在的問題包括物流配送問題,支付系統(tǒng)不完善,缺乏電商人才,缺乏政府政策支持,俄羅斯人對(duì)電商沒信心等。鑒于中國經(jīng)驗(yàn),深入分析了中國電子商務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與經(jīng)驗(yàn),如中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過案例分析中國電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,中俄電子商務(wù)合作的情況。通過認(rèn)真的研究得出了該論文的結(jié)論,提出了俄羅斯電子商務(wù)發(fā)展對(duì)策與建議包括建立物流體系,完善支付體系條件,加強(qiáng)政策扶持,注重人才發(fā)展和完善信用環(huán)境建設(shè)。本論文則從幾個(gè)方面分析兩個(gè)國家該領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀(零售銷售,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),電子商務(wù)物流和支付系統(tǒng),跨境電商,政府管理)。運(yùn)用2010-2016年的數(shù)據(jù),采用動(dòng)態(tài),比較分析方法等,進(jìn)一步分析了中俄兩國的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及中俄電商合作,還研究電子商務(wù)的物流和支付付款體系,政府支持,人才發(fā)展和對(duì)電商信用的最重要的因素。
[Abstract]:Due to the development of Internet and the perfection of international trade, the rapid development of E-commerce is the characteristic of modern world economy. At present, the trade cooperation between China and Russia continues to strengthen, especially on the aspect of e-commerce, the cooperation between China and Russia is getting closer and closer. In view of the fact that the Chinese e-commerce market belongs to a familiar and relatively perfect stage of development, the Russian government and businessmen rely on China's experience to try to solve the problems existing in the Russian e-commerce market. Beginning in 2014, The Chinese giant e-commerce company has entered the Russian market and promoted the development of the whole e-commerce market in Russia. However, since the Russian e-commerce belongs to the initial stage, and the economy has been sanctioned by western countries, the domestic economic downturn and other factors, e-commerce in the economy has also been a certain impact. As China's e-commerce market has taken the first place in the global Internet economy, Russia has stepped up its implementation of the "look to China" strategy. At present, China's online shopping and mobile phone shopping users are increasing, e-commerce logistics and payment systems mature; Alibaba giant to promote growth; the government to encourage and support policies; Great efforts to develop cross-border e-commerce, and the rapid development of rural Internet, so that Russia continues to draw on and learn from China's experience. This paper describes the related theories and development of E-commerce, including the concept and development course of E-commerce, the classification, characteristics and advantages of E-commerce, the application field of E-commerce and its influence. This paper studies the present situation of Russian e-commerce, including the development of Russian Internet, the case analysis of Russian e-commerce. The problems existing in Russian e-commerce include logistics distribution, imperfect payment system and lack of e-commerce talents. Lack of government policy support, Russians do not have confidence in e-commerce and so on. In view of China's experience, this paper deeply analyzes the present situation and experience of China's e-commerce development, such as the current situation of China's Internet development, the present situation of China's E-commerce and the cooperation between China and Russia through a case study. This paper draws the conclusion of this paper through careful research, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of e-commerce in Russia, including establishing logistics system, perfecting payment system conditions, strengthening policy support, paying attention to the development of talents and perfecting the construction of credit environment. This paper analyzes the current situation of this field in two countries from several aspects (retail sales, Internet economy, e-commerce logistics and payment systems, cross-border e-commerce, government management). Using the 2010-2016 data, using dynamic and comparative analysis methods, this paper further analyzes the current situation of the Internet development between China and Russia and the cooperation of Sino-Russian e-commerce, and also studies the logistics and payment system of e-commerce, as well as government support. Talent development and the most important factor of e-commerce credit.
