低溫絕熱氣瓶智能化檢驗(yàn)信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the wide application of cryogenic adiabatic cylinders, more and more attention has been paid to the inspection and supervision of cylinders. It is imperative to adopt automatic, networked and intelligent detection techniques. The establishment of intelligent inspection information management system for cryogenic adiabatic cylinders is of great significance to the more scientific and reasonable inspection methods, more effective supervision measures and the improvement of inspection technology level of cryogenic adiabatic cylinders. Based on the research background of intelligent inspection system for cryogenic adiabatic cylinders in Jiangsu Special equipment quality Supervision and Inspection Center, this paper analyzes the background, significance and development trend of gas cylinder inspection and information management, and makes demand analysis and feasibility demonstration. The intelligent inspection information management system for cryogenic adiabatic cylinders is designed and realized. In this paper, the RFID technology is applied to establish the electronic label specification for cryogenic adiabatic gas cylinders, and the correctness of the contents of the electronic tags is verified by MD5 encryption algorithm. Based on the analysis of the relationship among the detection data, the database based on SQLServer2008 is established. Based on VS2010, the program is designed and implemented in the process of checking and registering, basic information collection, internal and external detection, general control room data integration and large screen notification based on cas data access structure. In order to realize the data communication between the reader and the system software, this paper designs the communication mode of the wireless hot spot and the WIFI serial port, and completes the programming of the card reading program of the handheld card reader. The design and implementation of the human-computer interface of the information management system is completed by using the Struts2 framework of MVC design pattern and Java language and JSP technology, using the access structure of BES, the development platform of Eclipse, the Java language and the Struts2 framework of the MVC design pattern. Through the actual operation of the system, the information management system designed and implemented in this paper has significantly improved the collection and integration of information compared with the traditional manual information collection, and verified the implementation and operability of the gas cylinder of information management. This provides guidance for the safe use and supervision of cryogenic adiabatic cylinders in our country, and reduces the potential danger in the process of use, detection and flow of cylinders.
