【摘要】：伴隨著人們對信息技術(shù)日益深入的研究,運用信息技術(shù)來改變現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)管理方式來提高工作效率和管理水平已經(jīng)成為人們的共識。當今世界安全局勢日益緊張,人們對現(xiàn)代安防技術(shù)也提出了更高的要求。門禁管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為一種新型現(xiàn)代化安全管理系統(tǒng),它已經(jīng)成為當前安防領(lǐng)域中一個非常具有挑戰(zhàn)性以及值得關(guān)注的問題。鑒于喀什電信公司員工數(shù)量多且每天要面對很多的客戶,為了保證公司內(nèi)部辦公環(huán)境的安全,本文為喀什電信公司設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了門禁管理系統(tǒng)。本文完成的主要工作如下:(1)對使用系統(tǒng)的部門通過走訪、問卷調(diào)查等方式進行了詳細的調(diào)研,對使用系統(tǒng)用戶提出的具體要求進行了歸納和分析,撰寫了需求分析技術(shù)文檔。(2)在完成需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過百度、自治區(qū)圖書館、中國知網(wǎng)查閱了和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中所需要使用的資料,然后確定了門禁管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中所要使用的開發(fā)工具以及系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案。(3)完成了門禁管理系統(tǒng)的分析和設(shè)計的工作,系統(tǒng)功能模塊根據(jù)用戶的實際需要被分為門禁規(guī)則模塊、場所管理模塊、通訊管理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)查詢模塊和系統(tǒng)管理五個部分。對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫的E-R模型進行了設(shè)計,對系統(tǒng)的表結(jié)構(gòu)進行了設(shè)計。(4)綜合C#語言技術(shù)、SQL Server 2008技術(shù)完成了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),同時結(jié)合系統(tǒng)運行的關(guān)鍵界面以及代碼描述了系統(tǒng)的具體實現(xiàn)過程。(5)根據(jù)用戶提出的功能性需求采用黑盒的測試方法,通過設(shè)計測試用例以及執(zhí)行測試用例完成了功能性測試。系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在喀什電信公司成功的運行,通過門禁管理部門對系統(tǒng)的使用情況來看,系統(tǒng)具有操作方便、響應(yīng)時間短以及便捷的考勤報表生成功能,較好的滿足了用戶的需求。
[Abstract]:Along with more and more deep research on information technology, it has become a common understanding to use information technology to change the existing production management methods to improve work efficiency and management level. Today's world security situation is increasingly tense, people also put forward higher requirements for modern security technology. Access control management system has become a new type of modern security management system, it has become a very challenging and worthy of attention in the current security field. In view of the large number of employees in Kashgar Telecom Company and many customers each day, in order to ensure the safety of the internal office environment, this paper designs and implements the access control management system for Kashgar Telecom Company. The main work completed in this paper is as follows: (1) through visits, questionnaires and other ways to use the system, a detailed investigation was carried out, and the specific requirements of the users of the system were summarized and analyzed. (2) on the basis of completing the requirement analysis, through Baidu, Autonomous region Library and China knowledge Network, the information needed to be used in the process of system development has been consulted. Then the development tools to be used in the development of the access control management system and the overall design scheme of the system are determined. (3) the analysis and design of the access control management system are completed. The system function module is divided into five parts according to the user's actual needs: access rule module, place management module, communication management module, data query module and system management module. The EOR model of the database of the system is designed, and the table structure of the system is designed. (4) the realization of the system is accomplished by synthesizing the technology of C # language, SQL Server 2008. At the same time, combined with the key interface and code of the system, the concrete implementation process of the system is described. (5) according to the functional requirements of the user, the black box test method is adopted. Functional testing is accomplished by designing test cases and executing test cases. The system has been successfully run in Kashgar Telecom Company. Through the use of the access control management department, the system has the functions of convenient operation, short response time and convenient report generation for attendance, which satisfies the needs of users better.
