【摘要】：[目的 /意義]對(duì)LISTA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄的圖情學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)、期刊、作者的題錄數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布研究,并利用可視化軟件Rel Finder進(jìn)行多角度的語(yǔ)義關(guān)系發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn),以期揭示不同學(xué)術(shù)單元數(shù)據(jù)之間的隱含關(guān)系和一些潛在的規(guī)律。[方法 /過(guò)程]首先,選取圖情學(xué)科為研究領(lǐng)域,抓取LISTA數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)666種期刊、5 075位核心作者以及1 073篇學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)的題錄數(shù)據(jù)并導(dǎo)入MYSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。接著,構(gòu)建輕量級(jí)任務(wù)本體對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行規(guī)范化描述,利用開(kāi)源軟件D2RQ轉(zhuǎn)換為RDF三元組,并結(jié)合語(yǔ)義倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)軟件Virtuoso發(fā)布為關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)。最后,使用RDF可視化軟件Rel Finder進(jìn)行圖情學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)單元之間的語(yǔ)義關(guān)系發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)直接關(guān)系、一次間接關(guān)系、二次間接關(guān)系以及多次間接關(guān)系的發(fā)現(xiàn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行總結(jié)。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]Rel Finder能較好地發(fā)現(xiàn)圖情學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)、期刊、作者之間隱含的深層次關(guān)系,對(duì)檢索學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)、揭示學(xué)術(shù)脈絡(luò)和發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)都有重要意義。
[Abstract]:[objective] to publish the related data of academic documents, periodicals and authors' titles collected in the LISTA database, and to use the visualization software Rel Finder to discover the semantic relations from many angles. In order to reveal the relationship between different academic unit data and some potential laws. [methods / process] first of all, the subject of graph and situation was selected as the research field, and the title data of 666 journals, 5 075 core authors and 1 073 academic documents in LISTA database were captured and imported into MYSQL database. Then, a lightweight task ontology is constructed to standardize the description of the data, and the open source software D2RQ is used to transform the data into RDF triplets, and the semantic storage software Virtuoso is used to publish the associated data. Finally, we use RDF visualization software Rel Finder to discover the semantic relationships between academic units of graphic and emotional disciplines, and summarize the discovery process of direct relations, one indirect relations, two indirect relations and many indirect relationships. [results / conclusion] Rel Finder can well discover the deep-seated relationship among the academic documents, journals and authors, which is of great significance for searching the academic documents, revealing the academic context and discovering the knowledge in the academic field.
