基于CATIA的非標(biāo)零件庫參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of manufacturing industry, non-standard equipment is more and more widely used in mechanical equipment, which brings both opportunities and challenges to non-standard enterprises, especially in the design of non-standard parts. There are many problems in design, such as lack of calculation method, data and practice data, which lead to long design cycle and high manufacturing cost in the process of research and development of non-standard equipment. In order to solve the above problems effectively, this paper establishes the non-standard parts library for enterprises and uses the parametric design idea to generate the non-standard parts model. Based on the research of CATIA software, this paper takes the feature modeling technology of CATIA software, the secondary development technology and the Access database technology as the development mode, and chooses Visual Basic6.0 as the development platform of the system. Then the parametric design system of non-standard part library based on CATIA is developed according to the requirements of the enterprise. In this paper, the idea, method and flow of parametric design of non-standard part library are studied firstly, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of parametric design system of non-standard part library. Aiming at the problem of classification in the existing parts library of enterprises, this paper puts forward the classification of non-standard parts library according to the four levels of classification. Secondly, the key technologies such as CATIA secondary development technology, VB secondary development technology for CATIA and Access database technology are studied, and the template of three-dimensional model and design and calculation data table for all non-standard parts in the non-standard part library are established. Non-standard parts data sheet, non-standard product data sheet. Finally, based on the theory foundation and key technology, the parametric design system of non-standard parts library is developed based on Changchun Hexin Machinery Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd., and an example is given to introduce the non-standard part library system. The application of the system to the design of non-standard parts can effectively shorten the design cycle and reduce the manufacturing cost, and further demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the theory and key technologies studied in this paper.
