【摘要】：提出一種自適應(yīng)參數(shù)目標(biāo)圖像恢復(fù)算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)紅外小目標(biāo)的檢測(cè).首先,提取紅外圖像的稀疏特征,同時(shí)計(jì)算圖像的復(fù)雜度,并設(shè)計(jì)一種融合機(jī)制生成自適應(yīng)加權(quán)參數(shù);然后,將原始圖像重組為具有低秩稀疏特性的運(yùn)算矩陣,采用上述的自適應(yīng)參數(shù)非精確拉格朗日乘子法求解魯棒主成分分析(RPCA)最優(yōu)化問(wèn)題還原出低秩矩陣(背景圖像)和稀疏矩陣(目標(biāo)圖像);最后,對(duì)目標(biāo)圖像進(jìn)行閾值分割并標(biāo)定目標(biāo).實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:該算法能有效檢測(cè)出小目標(biāo),同時(shí)具有較低的誤檢率.
[Abstract]:An adaptive parameter target image restoration algorithm is proposed to detect small infrared targets. Firstly, the sparse feature of infrared image is extracted, the complexity of the image is calculated, and a fusion mechanism is designed to generate adaptive weighted parameters. Then, the original image is reorganized into an operation matrix with a low rank sparse property. The low rank matrix (background image) and sparse matrix (target image) are reduced to the robust principal component analysis (RPCA) optimization problem by using the above adaptive parameter imprecise Lagrangian multiplier method. Finally, the target image is segmented by threshold and the target is calibrated. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively detect small targets and has a low false detection rate.
