冷熱電聯(lián)供運(yùn)行監(jiān)控與優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:分布式冷熱電聯(lián)供系統(tǒng)作為一種新的供能方式,因其既能滿足終端用戶需求,又避免了傳輸損耗,近年來(lái)得到蓬勃發(fā)展,而與其配套的運(yùn)行監(jiān)控與優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)也處在不斷的迭代更新中。作為冷熱電聯(lián)供系統(tǒng)與用戶交互的平臺(tái),傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)因其固有模式限制,在實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)智能化、差異化、提高系統(tǒng)能源利用率方面顯得捉襟見(jiàn)肘。因此開(kāi)發(fā)一套通用性強(qiáng),既結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)行監(jiān)控安全、穩(wěn)定的特點(diǎn),又能兼顧優(yōu)化管理需求的新型運(yùn)行監(jiān)控與優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)十分具有應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文即以此為背景,結(jié)合實(shí)際冷熱電聯(lián)供工程項(xiàng)目展開(kāi)對(duì)運(yùn)行監(jiān)控與優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)。首先,本文在充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了傳統(tǒng)冷熱電聯(lián)供運(yùn)行監(jiān)控與優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)的不足,并結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目需求提出了集中化、通用化、實(shí)時(shí)化、遠(yuǎn)程化、智能化的“五化”要求。其次,結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目需求提出了一套系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),并對(duì)各模塊進(jìn)行了性能闡述和分析。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目實(shí)際需求以及試驗(yàn)基地的現(xiàn)有設(shè)備條件,本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的環(huán)境監(jiān)控模塊、安防監(jiān)控模塊、設(shè)備監(jiān)控模塊及系統(tǒng)報(bào)警模塊五部分。再次,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)及項(xiàng)目對(duì)運(yùn)行監(jiān)控與優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)智能化的需求,本文設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了優(yōu)化管理子系統(tǒng)。優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)多平臺(tái)的整合,包括以O(shè)PC技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通信、SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)以及調(diào)用MATLAB模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化管理。最后,將運(yùn)行監(jiān)控與優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)部署并測(cè)試。系統(tǒng)的部署與測(cè)試過(guò)程結(jié)合了實(shí)驗(yàn)室搭建的混合仿真平臺(tái),在測(cè)試的過(guò)程中不斷地對(duì)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)完善,并將3D虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來(lái),搭建了試驗(yàn)基地的3D模型。經(jīng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行測(cè)試,本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)的運(yùn)行監(jiān)控與優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)高效、切實(shí)可行。
[Abstract]:As a new way of energy supply, distributed cold-heat combined power supply system has been developed vigorously in recent years because it can not only meet the demand of end-users, but also avoid transmission loss. And its supporting operation monitoring and optimization management system is also in the continuous iterative update. As a platform for the interaction between the cold-hot power supply system and the users, the traditional operation monitoring system, because of its inherent mode limitation, is insufficient in realizing the intelligence and differentiation of the system and improving the energy utilization efficiency of the system. Therefore, it is of great value to develop a new type of operation monitoring and optimization management system, which combines the characteristics of safety and stability of traditional operation monitoring and control, and also takes into account the requirements of optimal management. Based on this background, the design and development of the operation monitoring and optimization management system is carried out in combination with the actual cold-heat power supply project. First of all, on the basis of full investigation, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional monitoring and optimization management system, and puts forward the centralized, universal, real-time and remote management system based on the requirements of the project. Intelligent "five" requirements. Secondly, according to the requirements of the project, a set of system architecture is put forward, and the performance of each module is described and analyzed. According to the system architecture, combined with the actual requirements of the project and the existing equipment conditions of the test base, this paper designs and implements five parts of the system: environment monitoring module, security monitoring module, equipment monitoring module and system alarm module. Thirdly, according to the system architecture and the requirement of intelligent operation monitoring and optimization management system, this paper designs and implements the optimization management subsystem. The optimization management system realizes the integration of multi-platform, including data communication based on OPC technology, SQL Server database technology to achieve data storage, and call MATLAB module to achieve optimal management. Finally, the running monitoring and optimization management system will be deployed and tested. The deployment and testing process of the system is combined with the mixed simulation platform built by the laboratory. In the process of testing, the system is constantly improved and perfected, and the 3D virtual reality technology is combined with the monitoring system organically. A 3D model of the test base is built. Through the actual operation test, the design and implementation of the operation monitoring and optimization management system is efficient and feasible.
