【摘要】：作為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的新鮮血液以及基礎(chǔ)支撐,大學(xué)生黨員是校園里不可或缺的先進(jìn)性團(tuán)體,他們對(duì)校園的教風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)以及整體校風(fēng)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。與公辦學(xué)校、民辦學(xué)校等其他高等院校相比,獨(dú)立學(xué)院規(guī)章辦法和制度不盡相同,采用了新的辦學(xué)機(jī)制及模式。獨(dú)立學(xué)院特點(diǎn)鮮明:組織機(jī)構(gòu)和管理相對(duì)獨(dú)立;單獨(dú)招生且生源數(shù)量較大;教學(xué)模式較復(fù)雜等。2014年6月11日中共中央辦公廳印發(fā)的《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展黨員工作細(xì)則》中強(qiáng)調(diào)了控制總量、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、提高質(zhì)量、發(fā)揮作用。事實(shí)上,就是要求執(zhí)行“一人一檔、一事一記、一步一審”,所以有必要對(duì)黨員發(fā)展的每一個(gè)階段、每一個(gè)關(guān)鍵詳細(xì)地記錄,實(shí)施全程記錄,以健全黨員發(fā)展等工作記實(shí)檔案。而黨務(wù)工作人員的工作繁雜量大,容易出現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)遺漏、處理滯后等問(wèn)題。并且目前現(xiàn)有的黨務(wù)系統(tǒng)大多是針對(duì)黨員基本信息的維護(hù),并不能進(jìn)行黨員發(fā)展的全程記實(shí)。因此,開發(fā)出一個(gè)適合獨(dú)立學(xué)院使用的黨員發(fā)展系統(tǒng)是很有必要。本文的主要工作有:1.本文對(duì)基于工作流的獨(dú)立學(xué)院黨員發(fā)展系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地分析,充分考慮了不同用戶的功能和非功能需求。在需求分析階段采用了多種方法:通過(guò)角色用例分析形成初步的需求規(guī)劃;與獨(dú)立學(xué)院的黨務(wù)工作人員進(jìn)行需求訪談;召開需求研討會(huì)確定需求分析等。2.本文設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)基于工作流的獨(dú)立學(xué)院黨員發(fā)展系統(tǒng),主要包含了系統(tǒng)管理、公告通知、黨員發(fā)展、量化考核這四大功能模塊。采用工作流技術(shù)是為了促進(jìn)黨員發(fā)展流程的自動(dòng)化,以便有針對(duì)性的提高業(yè)務(wù)的效率和可變的柔性。本文根據(jù)獨(dú)立學(xué)院黨員發(fā)展過(guò)程中的主要流程進(jìn)行分析,并提取工作流模型。設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)將不僅僅適用于獨(dú)立學(xué)院,而且在不改編代碼的前提下,可以根據(jù)其他院校的黨員發(fā)展流程及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行構(gòu)造工作流程等簡(jiǎn)單的系統(tǒng)配置后也同樣適用,系統(tǒng)的可擴(kuò)展性、靈活性進(jìn)—步提升。3.本文遵循了軟件工程的方法,主要運(yùn)用ASP.NET技術(shù)和SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)。并利用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)、三層架構(gòu)模式以及工作流等技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)界面清晰、操作簡(jiǎn)單,保證系統(tǒng)的易維護(hù)性和易升級(jí)性,這樣也大大減少了客戶端對(duì)服務(wù)器的加載負(fù)擔(dān),減少了系統(tǒng)維護(hù)的工作量。
[Abstract]:As the fresh blood and basic support of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Party members of college students are indispensable advanced groups in the campus. They play a vital role in the style of teaching, the style of study and the whole school spirit of the campus. Compared with other institutions of higher learning, such as public schools, private schools and other institutions of higher learning, the regulations and systems of independent colleges are different, adopting a new school-running mechanism and mode. The independent college has distinct characteristics: the organization and management are relatively independent, the number of students is large, and the number of students is large. The working rules for developing Party members issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee on June 11, 2014 emphasized the importance of controlling the total quantity, optimizing the structure, improving the quality and giving full play to the role of the Communist Party of China. In fact, it is required to carry out "one person, one file, one record, one trial", so it is necessary to record every stage of Party member development, every key step in detail, and implement the whole process record, so as to improve the records of Party members' development and so on. And the party affairs staff's work is complicated, easy to appear the data omissions, handles the lag and so on the question. At present, the existing party affairs system is mostly aimed at the maintenance of the party members' basic information, and can not record the whole process of the development of the party members. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a Party member development system suitable for the use of independent colleges. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. In this paper, the development system of independent college party members based on workflow is analyzed in detail, and the functional and non-functional requirements of different users are fully considered. In the phase of demand analysis, many methods have been adopted: forming preliminary requirements planning through role use case analysis; conducting demand interviews with party staff of independent colleges; holding demand seminars to determine requirements analysis, etc. In this paper, an independent college party development system based on workflow is designed, which mainly includes four functional modules: system management, announcement notice, party member development and quantitative assessment. Workflow technology is used to promote the automation of the development process of party members in order to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the business. In this paper, the main process of the development of independent college party members is analyzed, and the workflow model is extracted. The system designed will not only be applicable to independent colleges, but also can be configured according to the development process and characteristics of party members in other colleges and universities after simple system configuration, such as the simple system configuration, and so on, without adapting the code. Scalability, flexibility-step-by-step promotion of the system. 3. This paper follows the method of software engineering, mainly uses ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2008 database to code. By using the technology of B _ S structure, three-tier architecture mode and workflow, the interface is clear, the operation is simple, and the system is easy to maintain and upgrade, which also greatly reduces the load burden of the client to the server.
