基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的病歷管理決策支持系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著衛(wèi)生體制改革的深入,醫(yī)療市場競爭的加劇,建設(shè)數(shù)字化醫(yī)院已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院生存發(fā)展的必然選擇。病歷的信息化管理作為醫(yī)院信息化的重要組成部分之一,必然要求引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),使我國醫(yī)院病歷管理工作能夠滿足建設(shè)數(shù)字化醫(yī)院過程中更新、更多、更實(shí)用的信息需求。數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù)(DW)為這樣問題提供了一個(gè)有效的解決方案,它以傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)作為存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和管理資源的基本手段,面向決策支持系統(tǒng)(DSS)構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)。盡管聯(lián)機(jī)分析處理和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘是現(xiàn)代優(yōu)秀的DSS中的核心技術(shù),但是在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域,與醫(yī)院病歷管理系統(tǒng)結(jié)合確是一種新的嘗試。基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的病歷決策支持系統(tǒng)(本系統(tǒng))能夠收集分散的各種詳細(xì)數(shù)據(jù)源,建立以各種主題為導(dǎo)向的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,來制定出科學(xué)的病歷分析策略。本文基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫理論、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論,決策支持系統(tǒng)理論、運(yùn)用MSSQL數(shù)據(jù)倉庫開發(fā)工具,以病歷管理信息系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),建立了一個(gè)面向病歷分析的決策支持系統(tǒng)。最終目標(biāo)是不斷對其進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,建立起區(qū)域化的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫及其分析系統(tǒng)。本文首先分析了決策支持系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù)和OLAP技術(shù)的研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及醫(yī)療市場的發(fā)展對病歷信息系統(tǒng)的要求,提出本文的課題背景和研究內(nèi)容。然后分別闡述了決策支持系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)倉庫、聯(lián)機(jī)分析處理和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的相關(guān)理論與技術(shù)。詳細(xì)論述了如何基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù)構(gòu)建一個(gè)病歷輔助決策系統(tǒng),以及如何利用決策支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)倉庫進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和實(shí)例展示。在文章最后,對本文所做的工作進(jìn)行總結(jié),對本系統(tǒng)今后的發(fā)展提出了展望。本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)在于結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際需要對本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和決策支持系統(tǒng)理論,采用先進(jìn)的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫開發(fā)工具,依據(jù)衛(wèi)生部最新的信息系統(tǒng)功能規(guī)范,構(gòu)建了病歷決策支持系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了從不同角度、不同側(cè)面對病歷的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,最后還介紹了文檔索引圖算法在病歷分類中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of health system reform and the aggravation of medical market competition, the construction of digital hospitals has become an inevitable choice for the survival and development of modern hospitals. As one of the important components of hospital information management, medical record information management must require the introduction of advanced computer technology, so that the management of hospital records in our country can meet the needs of updating in the process of building digital hospitals. More practical information requirements. Data warehouse technology (DW) provides an effective solution to this problem. It uses traditional database technology as the basic means to store data and manage resources, and constructs a unified data management platform oriented to decision support system (DSS). Although OLAP and data mining are the core technologies in modern DSS, it is a new attempt to combine them with the hospital medical record management system in the field of medical and health care. The medical record decision support system (DSS) based on data warehouse can collect all kinds of scattered detailed data sources and set up a data warehouse oriented by various topics to formulate scientific medical record analysis strategy. Based on data warehouse theory, data mining theory, decision support system theory and MSSQL data warehouse development tool, a decision support system for medical record analysis is established based on medical record management information system. The ultimate goal is to continuously expand it and establish a regional data warehouse and its analysis system. This paper first analyzes the research and development status of decision support system, data warehouse technology and OLAP technology, as well as the requirements of medical market development for medical record information system, and puts forward the background and research content of this paper. Then, the theory and technology of decision support system, data warehouse, on-line analytical processing and data mining are expounded respectively. This paper discusses in detail how to construct a medical record aided decision system based on data warehouse technology, and how to use decision support data warehouse for data analysis and demonstration. At the end of the paper, the work done in this paper is summarized, and the future development of the system is prospected. The main contribution of this paper is to study the system according to the actual needs of the project, using the theory of data warehouse and decision support system, adopting advanced data warehouse development tools, according to the latest information system function specification of the Ministry of Health. A medical record decision support system is constructed to analyze the medical record data from different angles and sides. Finally, the application of document index graph algorithm in medical record classification is introduced.
