基于信令監(jiān)測的自然災(zāi)害告警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Although the living standard of our people has been greatly improved, the losses caused by natural disasters are very serious. In view of the early warning mode of SMS in natural disaster warning, operators have cooperated with many departments of early warning of natural disasters, but in the process of SMS warning, they often need to involve many systems of operators. This no doubt greatly reduces the speed of natural disaster warning. Therefore, there is a need for an early warning system that can send short text messages within a short period of time after a natural disaster instruction is issued. The natural disaster warning system based on signalling monitoring is dedicated to building a precise early warning and rapid warning platform. The user terminal location information is collected through the signaling monitoring system of the operator and the MDN number of the user with the same location is stored according to the Cell-ID. The natural disaster warning system provides warning service to the emergency information issuing system by opening up to the outside world according to the region and route. First of all, this paper studies the current situation of natural disaster warning system at home and abroad, and then describes the background knowledge used in the system in detail, and through the system needs analysis, The functional business and performance indexes are determined. Secondly, the overall structure of the system is designed briefly, the key problems are solved, and each functional module of the system is implemented according to the design structure. Finally, the system is tested, and all the test items are passed to meet the requirements of requirements analysis.
