【摘要】：隨著在線社交應(yīng)用和媒體的迅速擴(kuò)散,在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Online Social Network,OSN)已將我們的日常生活與網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息空間連接起來.這些連接產(chǎn)生了大量的數(shù)據(jù),不僅包括傳播信息,還包括用戶行為.社交關(guān)系挖掘的研究是社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)挖掘中的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域,為我們對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成機(jī)理、用戶的交互模式和動(dòng)態(tài)機(jī)制的理解提供了一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì).社交關(guān)系(Social Ties)是社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中人與人連接和交互的紐帶,也是社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信息傳播的基礎(chǔ).從計(jì)算學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)來看,社交關(guān)系挖掘的研究包括社交關(guān)系的形成機(jī)理、社交關(guān)系的語(yǔ)義化以及基于社交關(guān)系人與人之間的交互.該文綜述性地分析了這3個(gè)方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,具體來說,在社交關(guān)系形成機(jī)理方面介紹關(guān)系鏈接預(yù)測(cè),在基于社交關(guān)系的交互方面介紹關(guān)系交互預(yù)測(cè),在社交關(guān)系語(yǔ)義化方面介紹關(guān)系類型預(yù)測(cè).首先給出社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析問題的形式化描述和相關(guān)概念、常用數(shù)據(jù),然后分別介紹關(guān)系鏈接預(yù)測(cè)、關(guān)系類型預(yù)測(cè)和關(guān)系交互預(yù)測(cè)3個(gè)方面的方法、理論和模型,并給出重要的應(yīng)用實(shí)例及其效果.最后,該文給出了未來工作的展望.
[Abstract]:With the rapid spread of online social applications and media, the online social network (Online Social Network,OSN) has connected our daily lives to the cyberspace. These connections produce a great deal of data, not only spreading information, but also user behavior. The research of social relationship mining is an important field in social network mining, which provides an opportunity for us to understand the formation mechanism of network, user interaction mode and dynamic mechanism. Social relationship (Social Ties) is not only the link between people and people in social network, but also the basis of information transmission in social network. From a computational point of view, the research of social relationship mining includes the formation mechanism of social relationship, the semantic of social relationship and the interaction between people based on social relationship. In this paper, the research status of these three aspects is summarized and analyzed. Specifically, the relationship link prediction is introduced in the formation mechanism of social relations, and the interaction prediction in interaction based on social relations is introduced. This paper introduces the prediction of the relationship types in the aspect of the semantics of social relations. Firstly, the formal description and related concepts of social network analysis problems are given, and the commonly used data are given. Then, the methods, theories and models of relationship link prediction, relationship type prediction and relationship interaction prediction are introduced, respectively. An important application example and its effect are given. Finally, the paper gives the prospect of future work.
