井下作業(yè)物資精細(xì)化管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:對(duì)油田企業(yè)而言,如何精細(xì)化管理,節(jié)約成本成為每個(gè)企業(yè)都應(yīng)該考慮的問題,井下物資的管理是一件非常重要的事情,傳統(tǒng)利用人工對(duì)物資進(jìn)行管理,可靠性差、易錯(cuò)漏、經(jīng)常發(fā)生差錯(cuò)、物資統(tǒng)計(jì)不完整。對(duì)此,如何利用信息化手段來對(duì)井下物資進(jìn)行管理變得十分必要。J2EE作為一種企業(yè)級(jí)的開發(fā)框架,成為企業(yè)級(jí)應(yīng)用軟件的首選,本課題采用該框架最終設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)了井下作業(yè)物資精細(xì)化管理系統(tǒng)。為順利完成本課題,首先對(duì)物資管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景與國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入而又廣泛的分析;在對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行充分需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,描述了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù);然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)模型進(jìn)行了描述,一方面論述了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流,另一方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)的E-R圖和數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì);在充分的需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用軟件工程的思想,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行UML建模,通過MVC三層框架完成了代碼的編寫過程,最終完成了用戶權(quán)限認(rèn)證、系統(tǒng)管理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、倉庫管理、審核批準(zhǔn)和申領(lǐng)等模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn);系統(tǒng)上線前對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)而又充分的測(cè)試,系統(tǒng)測(cè)試從功能測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試兩個(gè)角度分別予以展開,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的有效性。井下作業(yè)物資精細(xì)化管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì),為大隊(duì)的物資管理帶來了較大的變革,節(jié)約了企業(yè)經(jīng)營成本,提升物資使用效率,規(guī)范物資出入庫、借入出管理流程,達(dá)到精細(xì)化管理的目標(biāo),節(jié)約了管理成本,提升了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)為石油企業(yè)的信息化添磚加瓦,具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:For oil field enterprises, how to manage meticulously and economize the cost becomes the problem that every enterprise should consider. The management of underground materials is a very important thing. The traditional use of manpower to manage the materials is poor reliability, easy to miss, Errors often occur and material statistics are incomplete. Therefore, it is necessary to make use of information technology to manage underground materials. As an enterprise-level development framework, J2EE has become the first choice of enterprise-level application software. This paper uses this frame to design and realize the fine management system of underground operation material. In order to finish this task successfully, the research background of material management system and the current research situation at home and abroad are analyzed deeply and extensively, and the key technology of system realization is described on the basis of the analysis of the full requirement of the system. Then the data model of the system is described. On the one hand, the data flow of the system is discussed; on the other hand, the E-R diagram and database table structure of the system are designed. On the basis of sufficient requirement analysis, using the idea of software engineering, the system is modeled by UML, and the code is compiled through the MVC three-layer framework. Finally, the user authority authentication, system management, basic data management are completed. The design and implementation of warehouse management, audit approval and application module; The system was tested in detail and fully before the system went online. The system test was carried out from the two aspects of function test and performance test, which verified the effectiveness of the system. The development and design of the fine management system for underground operation materials has brought great changes to the material management of the brigade, which has saved the operating cost of the enterprise, improved the efficiency of the use of materials, standardized the flow of materials out and out of storage, and lent out the management process. To achieve the goal of fine management, save the cost of management, improve the economic benefits of the enterprise, at the same time for the information of petroleum enterprises, has a strong practical significance.
